April 1994
––––––––
It is now April 1st. Recently, Kurt has been acting very strange. Unusual. And it is terrifying Dave.

Kurt has refused to eat. All he does is hide away in his room. Currently the drummer is seated in the kitchen.

While Kurt is in the bedroom upstairs. He is laying on his bed. A blank expression on his face.

His thoughts are eating at him more and more. To the point he can hardly function now.

Art and music isn't passionate anymore. Even Dave wasn't making him happy anymore.

His depression, won. And he wanted it to stop. He wanted the voices in his head to stop. But they won't.

They keep taunting at Kurt. Even the voices will get louder in Kurt's head, telling him to do the worse.

Meanwhile,
Dave gets up from where he is seated. He was just chain-smoking and flicked his last one into the ash tray. Putting it out.

He walked up the stairs. Going over to the bedroom door as he softly knocked onto it. "Kurt, baby?" He called into it.

But Kurt didn't respond. "Hey.. you've been in there for awhile." Dave admitted. Resting his hand on the door.

"Can I come in?" Dave asks.

No response.

Dave sighed, he grasps the door handle. He fumbled with it. It is locked.

"Kurt! Open this door!" Dave raised his voice as he knocked louder onto it.  Kurt shifted his body as he faced the door.

"Why?." Kurt asks. His voice full of dread and complete exhaustion from life.

"Because I would like you to come out and least talk to me?" Dave replied in a panic. His heart aching.

"Go away." Kurt responded to that. He rolled back over in his bed that he has laid in for a solid three days.

"Kurt! I swear.. This isn't good for you to be insolated!" Dave sneered as he knocked again. "Babe, open the door!"

Suddenly Kurt groaned and forced himself out of bed. His stomach and back are immensely aching.

He cried softly as he slowly makes his way to the door. He softly mumbled, "I'm coming. I'm sorry."

The door unlocked. Kurt opened it. His eyes having dark bags underneath them. His lips chapped. He looks very tired and drained.

"Hi, baby." Dave imediantly greeted. Pulling Kurt close into a hug. "Now, let's get you hydrated and something to eat..okay? You're worrying me."

Kurt only nodded in reply.
