Hydra can be seen sitting on a chair with Raven looking down on him due to his height and him not sitting. Honestly, Raven really felt that this interrogation, as Kaneki would like to call it, is just a hoax since he completely understood why Hydra did what he did cause he would have done the same thing

"Why did you kill them?" Raven asked calmly, not wanting to risk Hydra going bananas on him.

"Killing is generally wrong but if you kill a serial killer then you can lower the victim count, I don't care about adults Killing each other but dragging children who doesn't even know anything about this world that was earned through countless sacrifices and for them to decide on what they will focus on is just too much" Hydra argued back as he crossed his arms.

"I highly doubt that you would have not done the same as me, Special Class Peacekeeper: Raven" Hydra added in a monotone and uninterested manner making everyone who saw and heard him imagine him as a decisive and cruel boss.

Raven couldn't refute Hydra's claim, especially since he had discovered plenty of talented recruits from orphanages, especially Byakko, who he personally treasures even though he might not show it.

"You're right, I would have done the same, but eating them is another thing altogether. We don't want you losing your mind anytime soon" Raven agreed and brought up the real problem.

"I don't want to take any chances of them coming back, and I won't lose my mind that easily, especially since I found many people I can trust now, remember I didn't attack the kids, Byakko, Wyvern, and Hinata besides those meat didn't even taste that different from human meat" Hydra commented.

"If anything, human meat tasted like livestock food while ghouls tasted like wild game" Hydra continued. Raven on the other hand didn't know what he should say at his comparison since only Kaneki, Ichika, Natural One Eyed Ghouls, Artificial One Eyed Ghouls, and formerly human Ghouls.

"I've heard enough" Eyepatch barged into the room and announced.

"It seems you are immune to the ecstasy of predation due to the abnormal amount of your RC cells" Eyepatch continued while Raven could only nod.

"High enough to not even allow your tongue and body to recognize most of the difference between human and ghoul" Raven commented while nodding.

"Then shouldn't sir Dragon here be also immune?" Hydra couldn't help but say as he was genuinely intrigued by this.

"Sadly, I am not since I am an artificial ghoul, and I have tasted ghoul flesh when my mind was at its weakest, so I can't shake off that ecstasy besides I have a full ghoul stomach and my regeneration is just mostly thanks to my kagune type" Eyepatch honestly told him.

"So please watch over the girls so that they wouldn't consume any ghoul flesh" Eyepatch added since he genuinely doesn't want to see his daughter, niece, and subordinate become like savages or have a similar experience as him.

"No promises, especially if it's an emergency, but I will try" Hydra answered as he drank the coffee on the table, which was prepared earlier.

The two adults ended the farce, and Ryoto went home mentally exhausted since he didn't like the ending of his first mission, specifically his only saving some of the kids.

Ryoto then heard someone knocking on his door, and he knew that it would just be Honoka, so he sat on his bed and then spoke.

"Come in" Ryoto answered, and to his surprise, Honoka wasn't alone as Ichika was there with her.

"What's wrong?" Ryoto asked while the two looked at him with an incredulous expression.

"Ryoto, we are not heroes, and even if we are. Heroes can never save everyone. That's just a fact" Honoka gently informed him while Ichika looked dumbfounded by how much of an idiot her squad leader is when it comes to comforting others.

"Chin up my possible biological brother since you were able to prevent more innocent lives from being taken. Be proud of that fact, at least, especially since you managed to avenge the lives unnecessarily lost today" Ichika said while patting him on the back.

"I know... it's just..." Ryoto coulhonestly put his feelings into words, but he could clearly tell that he didn't like this feeling.

"Trust me on this, bro. I know the feeling all too well since my first mission was a simple escort mission that ended with me being the only survivor, and I only survived due to luck" Ichika narrated while Honoka snorted since it was more than just luck that she survived along with the escort mission being a trap made by Rabbit herself to lure in the pesky idiots not happy with the current system and using violence to oppose it.

"So you really want to sell the entire sibling shtick, sis?" Ryoto asked jokingly with a smile.

"Of course! Just imagine the horror of the enemies we are either going to capture or kill when they find out that they are facing the children of the One Eyed King!!"

Honoka really wanted to laugh hard since she could imagine it then she accidentally placed herself on the place of the enemy thus even she was scared since if Ichika was helped by Ryoto in improving her skills then that would just be one big nightmare.
