As days goes by , Lesso and Linn became closer to each other , and their shared bound grew stronger and stronger .Lesso had started teaching Linn how to control her emotions , she would come to her office every night after dinner to start their private lesson .
But, Linn on the other hand started having nightmares and vivid dreams lately, basically she dreamed of being suffocated of a drak red smoke witch leads her usually to wake up screaming .
"Linn , were you paying attention to what I was saying ?" "Sorry Lesso , could you please repeat it " "What's wrong, my little troublemaker? You seem disturbed these last few days. Is there something bothering you? Would you like us to change the time of our lessons? Are they too tiring for you? Please, tell me," Lady Lesso spoke with a concerned tone, placing a comforting hand on Linn's shoulder.
"I don't know. I've been having these weird dreams lately," Linn replied, her voice barely above a whisper. Lesso's expression turned serious upon hearing about Linn's nightmares. "Tell me more about these dreams," she said, her voice gentle but firm. Linn hesitated at first, unsure if she wanted to share the details of her nightmares. But something about the concern in Lesso's eyes made her feel safe, like she could trust her with anything. "It's always the same thing," she began. "I'm surrounded by this dark red smoke, and it feels like it's suffocating me. And then I wake up, gasping for air."
Lesso's brow furrowed. "That sounds like a manifestation of anxiety, Linn. Perhaps we need to work on your meditation techniques."
But Linn shook her head. "It's more than that, Lesso. It feels like, like something is trying to get to me, and I don't know what it is."
Lesso listened to Linn's explanation with a furrowed brow, deep in thought. "Hmm, that is concerning," she said finally. "Dreams can be powerful, especially for someone like you who has a strong connection to the supernatural. But don't worry, we'll figure this out together."
As Linn was about to leave the dean's office she returned to face the redhaided "Thank you, Lesso," Linn said softly. "For everything."
Lady Lesso smiled softly to her while closing the door
Lady Lesso wan't sure of what she was felling for the young apprentice but she knew that she is willing to protect her with her life
