3. Feelings

IT'S BEEN A FEW WEEK SINCE Sophia found out about Dick being Robin. There were nights when Dick would call her over after he went out on a mission so she could take care of him. He enjoyed her company, she made him feel like he could open up about everything to her.

"Good Morning, Detective Grayson!" Sophia approached with his daily black coffee in her hand.

"You're in a happy mood, what has got you so happy?" Dick took the coffee from her hands, as a smile covered his face.

"Just happy to see you that's all, It's a slow day. Oh by the way the next time you need your nurse, make sure it's not at 2 o'clock in the fucking morning. A girl needs her beauty rest because look at this face, does it look very beautiful this morning? No, it does not." Sophia shot him a smile, Sophia's feelings for Dick grew by the day but she concealed them until she knew the time was right.

"I think your face looks beautiful every morning Sophia, but I won't interrupt your beauty rest again. You're cute when you're angry." Dick smiled at her, he saw the blush fill her cheeks. He loved making her blush, he found himself falling for Sophia day by day.

"Okay, I am going to get some work done. I will call you if I don't see you before I leave." Sophia gave him a kiss on the cheek before walking up the stairs, she wanted this kiss to be more than a friendship kiss on the cheek but that's all it was a friendship kiss on the cheek.

"You already know what I am gonna say. It's definitely happening now, there is no way it's not." Liliana was writing a report before putting it on the stack of work they had already completed.

"Yes I like him, but no I'm not screwing him." Sophia walked towards her desk, setting her bag down.

"Oh totally and you guys leave together every night isn't it obvious," Amani adds, Sophia lets out a gasp.

"You guys are such stalkers!" Sophia let out a laugh. "He walks me home every night and some nights I drive to the Wayne manor and stay," Sophia added before she continued to type on her computer.

"You stay with him? at the Wayne Manor? you're basically his girlfriend." Amani laughed, Sophia and Dick were bound to happen. On the first day, Sophia walked into the lab.

"Yes I stay there some nights, I'm not his girlfriend."Sophia let out a sleigh sigh, all she could think about was Dick and it was all she ever thought about, was Dick Grayson.

"but you want to be, admit, just admit!" Liliana jumped up in down with excitement.

"maybe, I don't know if it'll work. We have complicated lifestyles, I like him." Sophia smiled at the thought of Dick.

"Sophia you work at a police department as a Bio Chemist; you don't do anything with your time. You moved away from your home to work here. I think you know where I'm going with this, just branch out. You only live once." Liliana sent her a smile. Sophia knew she was right.

"Okay you made it seem like I have no life, but I'll listen to you. I'll see you guys tomorrow if I come to work... I may get embarrassed." Sophia smirked as she grabbed her things and walked out of the door.

"SOPHIA YOU'RE GONNA DO IT OH MY GOD," Liliana screamed at the top of her lungs, Sophia was going to tell Dick how she felt.

"Sophia, where are you off to?" Dick asked her as she tried to sneak past her.

"My apartment, slow day in the crime lab so I am gonna go home and nap." Sophia smiled, trying to hide the blush on her face.

"I'll come over whenever I finish here if that's okay?" Dick asked her looking her face fluster and turn red.
