The next day Kate was doing check ups on Marlon and Clementine. Marlon had his hand amputated and survived throught the night with no signs of infection, while Aasim unfortunately didn't make it. Everyone was upset and grieving over it. Kate knocked on Clementines door before entering but when she heard no answer, she walked in anyway. She was surprised to find Clementine not in the room, no where in the building infact. She quickly ran over to the house to see if Clementine left to visit Aj, but she wasn't there either. She became panicked and told the school group. They became panicked aswell, but they all split up to find her. Around 15 minutes later, Brody found her on a rooftop.

"Everyones lookin' for you." Brody called out.

Clementine jumped to the sound of her voice but didn't turn to look. She didn't answer either.

"You okay?" Brody asked.

"It's my fault." Clementine muttered.

"Its not." Brody said.

"Please don't give me that bullshit Brody. It was my fault, im the reason everyone died or got bit out there." Clementine frowned.

"It was our choice. You had no control over that." Brody said.

Clementine didn't say anything more, she just got up and left. Brody followed but trailed behind a little bit. She walked back to the clinic while Brody informed everyone that she was alright.

"You can't be sneaking off like that." Kate said while closing Clementines door behind her.

Clementine just nodded.

"I need to check your wounds." Kate said.

Clementine took off her shirt and let Kate do her job. "No signs of infection or swelling. Seems like you're in the all clear." Kate smiled.

Clementine placed her shirt back on before speaking. "Can i see Aj?" She asked quietly.

Kate didn't think it was a good idea but let her anyway, she needed to see him. Kate led her to the school where he was drawing something with another kid from the school.

"You've a visitor Aj." Kate smiled.

He turned to look and his face immediately lit up. "Clem!" He shouted while running over to her.

Clementine dropped to her knees and hugged him. "Im so sorry i left you Goofball." She cried.

Aj didn't say a word, he just hugged Clementine tighter. A few minutes later Clementine, Aj and all the kids from the school were sitting in a circle talking.

"So whats your plan now Clem?" Brody asked.

"I dunno honestly. Even though you killed Carver or badly injured him at least, you know we will have all of his people on top of us. It's only a matter of time."

"Javier and Kate were talking about some plan." Louis nodded.

"So what will you all do?" Clementine asked. "Go back to your school?"

"No, we kinda came up with a plan of our own." Marlon said. "We thought about it. I mean this place has loads of people and weapons to defend it but our school? We don't." Louis said.

"What plan did you come up with then? For the aftermath?" Clementine asked.

"Well Javi offered us this place until this all blows over." Brody said.

"Which will take god knows how long." Violet added.

"So, some of us are gonna go to the school in shifts. We made a plan, 2 people go in multiple hour shifts, once there done we send 2 other people to take over." Louis said.
