(This chapter is mostly focused on Leo out of his age regression)
Finn put Leo at the table and sat next to him as he ate pizza. Finn opened Google and searched ‘babyspace’. He spent 30 minutes reading about it while Leo was eating. “I finish,” Leo says, showing Finn his plate. “Good boy, Leo” Finn replies, smiling as he picks Leo up and places him on the floor and goes to wash his plate up. Leo grabbed his blankie and paci and put the paci in his mouth. “Dada?” Leo says, rubbing his eyes. “What’s up, baby?” Finn replies, turning around to see Leo rubbing his eyes. Finn dries his hands and picks Leo up from the floor. “Are you feeling sleepy, bud?” Finn asks as Leo nods in his shoulders. "Let's get you to bed, little one," Finn softly spoke, kissing Leo’s head before placing him down in his bed. After Leo was put into bed, Finn left the bedroom and went to go and sit in his doing more research on 'babyspace'. After Lia told him about it, it made him curious, and he wanted to learn more about it. A little while later, Finn's eyes became droopy, and he put his phone down and fell asleep.
The next morning, Leo woke up and went to go and make breakfast for him and Finn. Finn woke up 10 minutes later and made his way downstairs, rubbing his eyes. "Morning Finn," Leo says, smiling. "Morning," Finn replies, yawning. "You sleep, alright?" Finn adds as Leo nods. Finn wasn't sure whether to ask Leo about yesterday. He didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable around him when he was regressed. "I'm sorry about yesterday," Leo mumbles. "What do you mean?" Finn spoke as he grabbed a glass of orange juice. "I assumed I went into babyspace." "Yeah, you did, but it wasn't a problem, I promise. I agreed to be your caregiver, so it isn't an issue, " Finn says. "Are you sure?" Leo asks as Finn nods, walking over to him and kissing his forehead. Leo turned bright red and covered his face. He knew he had a crush on Finn but never wanted to say anything. He didn’t want it to get in the way of their friendship, and Finn being Leo’s caregiver. Leo was going to message Oliver later since he knew that Oliver and Lia were dating.
“Are you feeling alright, you seem down?” Finn asks. “Yeah, just thinking about stuff.” Leo replies, eating his breakfast. “You can talk to me if you want to,” Finn suggests. “Maybe later on, I just need to think” Leo mumbles. “Take your time,” Finn smiles as they both continue to eat their breakfast in silence. Leo got up to wash his plate and remembered to tell Finn something. “I’m going out with Oliver today,” Leo spoke. “Okay, did you need me to drop you off anywhere?” Finn asks. “No it’s alright, but thanks” Leo replies with a wide smile on his face.
At 11 a.m., Leo was making his way out of the house and got stopped by Finn. "Are you going now?" He asks. "Yeah, I'll see you later on," Leo replies, smiling waving at Finn as he loses the front door.
He runs to Oliver's car and opens the passenger side. "Hey," Leo says, buckling up. "Hey, you doing alright?" Oliver asks. "Just stressed out at the moment," Leo spoke as Oliver began to drive off. "Why, what's up?"I'm not sure, but I think I have a crush on Finn," Leo explains. "Ohh, that's why," Oliver replied. "I'm not sure if it would work as he is my caregiver, and I don't want anything to ruin that," Leo added. "You know me and Lia are together, and she's my caregiver." Oliver raised a point. "Wait, really?" Leo says in shock. "Yeah, we have been for 2 years now." "Also, u don't think that Finn will like me back, and then everything will be ruined," Leo mumbles, feeling upset. "I'm sure nothing will be ruined even if he doesn't like you back, not saying that he doesn't, but I'm sure he does," Oliver describes.
Oliver and Leo got to the cafè that they agreed to go to. They both walked in the door and sat at a table, ordered some food, and finally began chatting still. "I think it's worth a shot if I'm being honest, I'm sure Finn likes you back, and even if he doesn't, you both can still be friends," Oliver says. "I guess you're right. It did take me a while to tell him about my regression," Leo mentions. "That's understandable letting someone know how vulnerable you can get is really scary," Oliver spoke. "I just don't know how to say it," Leo mumbles. "Maybe be straightforward, both of you should sit down, and you can tell him about your feelings." "I just don't want to make anything awkward between us," Leo points out. "I'm sure you won't, Finn is really understanding, so he should take it nicely," Oliver replied. "I guess you're right," Leo softly spoke.
They both walked out of the café back to Oliver's car. It was currently 2:37pm, "Do you want me to take you back home?" Oliver asked. "Yes please". The whole car journey back to Leo’s house was pure silence. Leo needed to think about how he was going to tell Finn his feelings. Oliver got to Leo's house and looked at him. "If you need to call me, please do," Oliver says as Leo nods and gets out of the car. "Thanks for today," Leo said as he waved to Oliver.
Leo unlocked the front door and walked in the house, shutting the door behind him. "I'm home," Leo shouts, making sure Finn could hear him. Leo took his shoes off and tried to calm himself down. "Did you have a nice time?" He heard coming from the kitchen as he walks in there he sees Finn making Leo's favourite dinner. "Yeah, I had a lovely time," Leo replies. "That's good," Finn responds. "Um, Finn, there's something I need to talk to you about," Leo whispers. "Sure, what's up?" Finn asks. "Could we speak about it over dinner, please?" Leo questions. "Of course, could you set the table for me? It's nearly done, " Finn says, and Leo nods, getting everything set up for dinner.
Both Leo and Finn sat down for dinner, and Leo tried to build up the courage to say something. "What was it that you needed to talk about?" Finn asks. "Well, um, it's really hard to say," Leo replies. "Do you not want me to be your caregiver anymore?" "No-no it's not that I love you being my caregiver," Leo panics. "Finn, the thing is that I've had a crush on you for a while. It's alright if you don't have feelings back, I just needed to say how I feel, " Leo explains. "I've got a crush on you too," Finn says, smiling. Leo's eyes widened in shock. "You're not joking, are you?" Leo mumbles. "Of course not, I'd love to be your boyfriend and caregiver," Finn says. Leo grew a wide smile on his face and jumped out of his seat,and hugged Finn.
