EVELYN RIVERA, Evie, works at OPA and under the Olivia Pope. Working under Olivia is something most can only dream of but to Evie she's just Liv. That's not to say she doesn't love her though, of course she does. Olivia Pope saved Evie just like she did the rest of her friends.
