This story will be about an office worker who has grown too accustomed to her life style.

Just another day, she tells herself. Another day of sitting at work doing the whole days work in the first two hours and having nothing to do for the rest of it. Kelsi was an average working woman, with a standard job and nothing to do at the weekends, this helped Kelsi to lead a rather sedentary life style, only leaving the house to go to work and to the shops. She often thinks back on how she got this way, as a child she longed to be a famous athlete, specifically a cross country runner. She used to train most days as a teenager, but as soon as she got out of school, she never found a reason to continue. Instead she settled down at 21 in a small apartment alone and got to living.
Living alone came with freedom Kelsi never had before, she was in control of her life now, not her overbearing parents that forced her to lead a "healthy" lifestyle. Kelsi found herself ordering takeout alot more then she had expected too. It started as a monthly treat, and then fortnightly, then weekly, and now it's most days, she can't get enough of the greasy calories that slide down her throat when she eats. It doesn't matter what kind either, pizza, burgers, Chinese food. It doesn't make a difference to Kelsi, as long as her belly is completely stuffed by the end of the night.
Pairing her unhealthy food choices with a sedentary work life and Kelsi found herself packing on the pounds quite quickly. She had left home at a tiny 105 lbs, and as she was 5'3 this made her quite small. But after 3 months of being alone she found her body to have softened up quite a lot, she found this to be a shock as her metabolism had always been very fast. She ordered a scale and found herself to be 147 lbs. She told herself that she would stop ordering takeout at night and start eating healthy.
That didn't last long.
She would find herself stopping off at coffee shops on her way to work to pick up a snack for the day. These snacks would almost always be packed with sugar, such as a donut or slice of cake. The snacks became more then just snacks and she'd start buying lunch out too, but because she'd cut back on the takeout she didn't see this as an issue. Not until she stepped on the scale again and found out she was 172 lbs after 2 more months.
By this point she had already gone through 2 clothing sizes but had blamed it on them shrinking in the wash. Definitely not her expanding waistline, and thighs that now rub together when she walks.
But what was the point in stopping? She had already gained this much, when she thought about losing the weight she felt as if it was hopeless and decided to just try and maintain.
This didn't work.
She had learned to like her soft figure, the rolls that had started to form on her belly. The love handles that grew over her skirt. The outline belly that pushed against her button up shirt that looked like it was a big movement away from popping open.
After another 3 months she found herself at 210 lbs, by this point all traces if her former self had dissapeared and all thats left is a girl with no self control. All her co-workers talked about it. The girl that blew up like a balloon. But at this point nothing could stop her, she liked the feeling of people noticing her gain, it helped her feel validated. Always going out at lunch to the nearby fast food places, having a drawer full of calorie dense snacks. Nothing would stop her from gaining.
6 more months and she had hit 280 lbs, 300 was in sight and she was so excited. She was addicted. She loved the feeling of her belly spilling onto her lap when she sat down, her thighs just hanging off the side of chairs, getting stuck in places that she definitely could fit through 150 lbs ago.
All of it motivated her to keep going, and nothing would stop her.
