“I don’t see how securing Braila over Arges gives us power. Arges is an old respected town.” Isaac says to the war council while looking at Dracula.

“I must respectfully disagree with my fellow forgemaster. Taking Arges brings only terror and will scatter the human populace. Taking Braila seals off one side of Wallachia.” Hector replied looking at Isaac who just continued looking at the throne before him.

“Interesting Hector.” Dracula replied on his throne.

“I must disclose that I revived the creature that returned from Arges. The party was attacked on the road. The assailants are unknown. But Arges is close to Gresit. We are quite certain that Alucard sleeps in Gresit. And that there was recently a Belmont and the elemental Bender there.” Isaac added.

“A Belmont and a Bender? I thought both were extinct and old news. But what is a Bender doing with a Hunter? Didn’t they help the creatures of the night?” Camilla asks shock in her voice.

“Not of all them, some were born creatures of the night, some were forced and others were doing it for their loved ones.” Dracula answers.

“We believe they may have been working together to repel our forces at Gresit.” Isaac responded.

“If there is a Belmont left alive, shouldn’t we observe the ancestral Belmont home? And if a Bender is still here, shouldn’t we take assassinate him or her?” Camilla asked.

“Why?” Godbrand spoke up, causing Camilla to grow with frustration in and anger.

“Perhaps on the general notion that both hunted the likes of us for fucking centuries. If a Belmont is alive, they may have access to the trove of weapons and magical materials talked of across the generations but never found, which they used to hunt us through fucking centuries. That and the fact that the Bender can destroy us to the to core. Am I making myself clear now? This is your council, my lord?” Camilla said with anger.

“I can deal with the Bender.” A voice said as they all turned to see a girl jumping from the ceiling.

“And who you might you be that you think you have the audacity to come here and stand in front of the war council of Dracula?” Camilla asks, venom in her tone.

“My name is Melissa.
I’m a water bender. I can help you with your Bender problem. I did talk to our lord earlier but stopped because of your meeting.” Melissa answered.

“What can you do against a bender with four elements?” Hector asks.

"Just watch me. Let me prove myself to you, my lord.” Melissa said as she bowed.

"Do it but under the supervision of Camila." Dracula spoke. "Do not fail or you as well will face my wrath."

Melissa gave a confident bow and existed the room with Camila.
