Amidst the electronic hum and beep,
And the barking of my furry friends,
I find a place where I can keep,
A sense of calm that never ends.
The screens, a source of constant noise,
As they flicker and flash before my eyes,
But the dogs, a joyful presence and poise,
Bringing warmth and love, with their barks and sighs.
The world around may seem so loud,
But in this moment, I find my peace,
As the dogs and electronics crowd,
And my worries and fears do cease.
The click of the keyboard and the mouse,
The whir of the fan and the hard drive,
But in the barks of my dogs, my house,
Becomes a home where love does thrive.
So, in this space between machine and pet,
I find a balance that feels just right,
A place where I can laugh and forget,
And bask in the joy of life's true delight.
