Chapter 5

I walked down the sidewalk that was sprinkled with sand, Carmen was babbling about nothing in particular. I got answer from Frank about Antonio (my best friend), technically this is just some stupid fight between two former best friends; London and Antonio's fathers. Don and Clint, they both were big drug lords back in the day but Antonio's father (Clint) got greedy and stole all the money from the safe and disappeared to Italy. While he was hiding in Italy he met a girl who is now Antonio's mother Teresa, you probably know the rest, they fell in love, got married and soon enough out popped little Antonio.

I sighed as I threw a rock at a passing cars windshield, I watched as it cracked the window splitting the window in threes.

"You stupid teenagers!!!" The man yelled at me, I just kept walking with Carmen until my head collided with her chest. I looked up, silently questioning her with my eyes as to why she stopped walking.

"Tell me Myandri" Carmen stated sternly, standing in front of me crossing her arms over her chest. "Tell you what" I was entirely confused about what was going on here.

"What is wrong, you seem so...so distanced" Her eyes held concern but no pity, good I didn't need it.
I ignored her and kept walking down the concrete sidewalk, tuning out her current huffs of frustration from my stubbornness. I thought about how much in danger those two kids were in but didn't know it. Drug lords! Two of the biggest Drug lords each wanted one of the kids dead, now I'm not sure how on earth four little kids are gonna stop two forty-year old men. But I know that I will not let either or anyone hurt my bestie, you mess with him and your messing with me. And you don't wanna piss me off, 'cuz when I'm pissed it's your head on my silver plate.

"Were here"

I snapped my head out of my daze and looked up, 'Techihuan Junior High' in bold dark navy blue letters, it stood out in the huge school. I fixed my purple and green snapback, and sighed walking into the school, I put my head as tears clouded my eye sight, I couldn't bear to think what would happen if something would happen to Antonio. I stuck my hands in my pocket as I rounded the corner of the colorful hallways to my locker, I felt a piece of paper in my pocket, slightly confused as to why it was there I pulled it out and studied the messy printing.

What is with the hearts, what is he like from the future and we are dating. "Aww, that's soo sweet" Carmen exclaimed

I just might have to call him, I need to find out where Antonio is. And soon.

This one was really really short, so I want to apoligize in advance because the next few chapters will be short because I had the new years flu for like 2 months it SUCKED!!! I couldnt use my phone that much because I didnt want to contaminate it soo... yea I hope you enjoyed these few chapters :)
