AFTER HER EMOTIONAL DAY YESTERDAY, FALLON WAS HOPING TO ESCAPE THE VAMPIRE AND WEREWOLF DRAMA. For just one day. But, when Alaric knocked on her door saying that Damon might have a solution to their problem, Fallon almost cried. She was tired, exhausted. She at least wanted one day where she could escape everything.
Alaric drove them to the Salvatore house, and pulled up on their humongous drive.
"Did he say anything to you?" Fallon asked Ric.
"No, just that we needed to come over." Alaric replied.
Fallon rolled her eyes at Damon's vagueness and raised her hand to knock on the door. She was shocked when the door opened itself, revealing a woman wearing a scarf and Damon behind her. Fallon noticed her to be Andie, the news lady and Jenna's friend.
Fallon lowered her hand and narrowed her eyes in on the shifty looking scarf she was wearing. Sure enough, there was a bandage poking out from underneath and Fallon sighed. Could he be anymore obvious?
"Have a great day, honey." Damon said. Fallon was even more shocked at the fact that they leaned in and kissed each other. Her mouth was opening and closing like a fish and her eyes were wide as saucers. A small part of her hurt to see it, but she knew that it wasn't real to him.
Andie walked forwards and Fallon stepped to the side to let her past, still in shock. "Oh, hey Alaric. Later." Andie said to Damon before she noticed Fallon standing there. "Oh, you're Jenna's other niece, right? I don't think we've met, I'm Andie Star." Andie introduced herself.
Fallon shook her head and snapped out of her stupor before giving her a friendly smile. Also, what kind of name was Andie Star? "Fallon Gilbert, it's a pleasure." Fallon said, trying to keep a straight face. Who came up with the last name of Star?
"Well, I better get going. Nice meeting you." Andie said before taking off.
Once she was gone, Fallon let a smile break her face and she started chuckling. She couldn't help it.
"What are you laughing at?" Damon asks her with a frown. Truthfully, he had been watching her this entire time and it irritated him when he didn't know what was happening inside her brain. Was she jealous? Did she care that he was seeing someone? Or was it the exact opposite?
"Hmm? Oh, nothing." Fallon shrugged, the smile still on her face. Alaric shook his head in amusement and moved to walk inside. "It's just - only you would find someone with the name Andie Star." Fallon said before walking inside.
"Hey, that's my new girlfriend. She's on Action News." Damon says with a smirk and Fallon scoffs.
"It's not called Action News." Fallon said and Damon shrugged.
"Yeah, I know. I just like saying it." He says. "Come on." Damon says as he leads them to his living room.
The curtains were closed and all of their lights were on. It looked depressing and made Fallon feel like she was being locked away for the next ten years.
