It was the morning before. I invited Alyah round to help me get ready. I put on some natural make up as I am going to school and can't wear very much. we pick out a nice pair of earrings. I put my Apple Mac in my bag and went to catch the bus.
When we were sitting on the bus all the boys were looking at me. I asked my Alyah if there was anything on my face. There wasn't. They were still looking! I asked them why they were staring. Harry said, "you look different today, prettier." I thought to myself wow, thanks a lot! It must be the makeup.
I got into registration and was sitting near the back, hoping that Mrs Wilson wouldn't notice my make up, but she did! We did it natural! "Lexi I am not happy with the amount of makeup that you are wearing, take it off!" She handed me a packet of baby wipes. I took it off and felt stupid for wearing it in the first place.
It was 3:20 the time school finished at. It was a 15 minute walk to the cafe so we had enough time to redo my makeup and roll up my skirt. I headed down the street to the cafe it was only 3:45 so I had a while to wait so I ordered a peppermint tea so I would smell nice. I looked outside, it was pouring. I seen this black outline of a person, I realised this was him. My hands started to sweat and shake. It's time.
