1.) Character A & Character B had a past together not necessarily romantic, more so just friends with a good amount of chemistry. Time and distance kind of pushed them apart though. However, now something brings the two old friends back together.
A.) No bonus!
B.) The two are old childhood friends, having grown up together and being best friends with each other. Getting back together brings them both nostalgia and a bit of awkwardness as they start to have a bit of a Crush on each other.
C.) They were both involved on a hunt together a while back. Maybe it was Character A's first hunt and Character B had fallen victim to the creature, or if both hunters they met on the case. It's been awhile since they've seen each other, but a case draws the pair back together and maybe some old feelings back as well?
D.) They were close in Character A's pre-hunter days, or at least they didn't know they were a hunter yet. Character B is treated like kind of an escape from Character A's lifestyle, so they don't want to tell them about what's really been going on.
E.) Make one up!
