1.) Character A and Character B used to have a pretty healthy relationship, they were happy until they changed. Something changed Character A (think Soulless Sam, Demon Dean, Leviathan Castiel, etc.) and during this time they changed. The changes eventually frustrated/frightened Character B enough that they left them. Now it's years later and Character A is trying to make it up to Character B.
A.) No bonus!
B.) Character A is an old lover of Character B who has since moved on with Character C. Now that Character A is back to normal though, it leaves Character B to have to choose between them. Up to you if you want Character C to be Crush, OC, or another character.
C.) Make one up!
