Interviews were never my cup of tea but as an actor it was part of the job.
Today we were going to be interviewed by a few people, promoting Avatar The Way of Water. We were going to be paired up with a few different people, my first one is with Jamie. After that I have one with Bailey, Jamie and Jack and my last interview will be with only Jack.
The first interview went well, Jamie made me feel very comfortable and safe and I loved doing interviews with him. They paired us up a lot, considering our characters are really close so I knew how to handle Jamie.The interviewer was a lovely man, asking unique questions, making us laugh from time to time. We were now in the middle of my second interview and this one is a lot worse. The questions were stupid and the interviewer was very rude, mostly flirting with Jack and Jamie. Trinity being her positive self, handled the situation and kept smiling but I could feel the anxiety bubbling inside of me. My ears were slightly ringing, shutting out the voice of the interviewer. My leg uncontrollably bounced up and down, making my chair rock back and forth ever so slightly. Jamie was the first to notice my state, he gently tapped Jack who was seated next to me and gently tapped his back, discreetly nodding his head at me. The curly haired boy's head moved to his left,his eyes on me as I kept looking forward, slightly zoning out.
"Y/n!"
The anxiety kept rising, the ringing in my ear preventing me from hearing my name getting called. The bouncing of my leg slowed down when a hand came in contact with it, rubbing it ever so slightly.
"Y/n?"
I snapped out of my state, my eyes locking onto the hazel ones in front of me. My eyes traveled the room and I noticed that only Trinity, Jamie and Jack were left.
"You okay?" Jamie asked, concern laced his voice.
"Yeah, sorry. She just really triggered my anxiety with the questions and stuff." I breathed out, rising from my chair. Jack pulled my arm,taking my hand into his, making me follow him like a lost puppy.
