Chapter 7 'Drunken, High, and Hangovers'

Sleepover Part 2

No one's POV: Everyone finished their bottles and they were all trashed. Jane and Will threw up and were the first to get drunk, not use to the intoxicating drink. Dustin passed out, Lucas and Mike were doing stupid drunk things, and Max was just calm staring into space. Mike pulled out some weed "We should go for a walk and smoKe!" Mike slurred, everyone agreed except for Dustin who was still asleep.

The teens were walking in zig zag lines sometimes almost falling over. They were messily handing around the weed when they were finished with it. That's when a familiar call pulls up who recognizes the teens. "Hey sissy" Mike slurred as Nancy stopped the car next to them, she sighed and opened the door to the back seat and pulled the seat back to reveal a third row of seats "Max and the other girl in the back back" Nancy said, Jane and Max listened and climbed in the back. Nancy closed the back seat and gestured for the rest of the party to climb in which they do. Nancy took the weed from Mike's hand and he pouted. "You will not be getting this back." She said and Mike started to cry until he remembered he had more. He pulled other one out but Nancy took it and reached into his pockets and took the rest.

Nancy brought the teens to Steve's. If she brought them home her mother would think it's her fault and yell at her.  She made sure the group was following behind her and she knocked on the door she had already texted Steve beforehand. He opened the door and let them in "What happened" he asked curious "I have no idea I found them walk- actually basically stumbling down the street" Nancy answered

Steve and Nancy looked over at the teens to find Mike and Will passed out right next to each other on the floor, Jane and Max sitting up and staring at ceiling while talking about why it isn't see through, and Lucas on the couch on his phone. "Who are the brunettes?" Steve questioned not recognizing them. "Uh I have no idea there new friends I guess" Nancy and Steve walked up to Lucas "Hey Lucas who are the brunette kids?" Lucas looked up and them and thought hard for a moment "Uh boy is Wilson and girl is uh janet! No wait not right boy is Will and girl is Jane." Lucas smiled widely at them and they walked over to the red head and the female brunette.

"Come on girls I have a spare room" Steve said and the two girls nodded but didn't stand. "You have to stand and walk there" he reminded them and they nodded and tried standing. Max fell back and her butt but Jane managed to stay standing. "Alright come on Max" Nancy said and helped Max up. They got the girls to the spare room and in the bed which was hard because Nancy had to basically carry max and Jane had very wobbly legs that Steve helped support.

The second they helped the girls lay down on the bed they both passed out and Nancy left out a relieved sigh. Steve and Nancy went back into the living room. Lucas was half on the couch with his eyes closed "Lucas you still awake?" Nancy asked and he nodded "Well you should probably get more on the couch before you fall" she said and he nodded fixing himself. "Night mama Steve night Nancy" Nancy laughed and Steve just rolled his eyes.

Dustin's POV: I wake up to any empty room with a pounding headache. They must be upstairs already. I walk up the stairs but no one's there, not even the wheelers who are usually up at this time. Ring the phone goes off and I answer it "Hello wheeler's house?" I say into the phone "Oh Dustin it's Steve everyone's here I was trying to get a hold of Mrs. Wheeler" Steve said "How did everyone get to your house?" "Uh well Nancy saw them walking down the street and picked them up and brought them to my house" I laugh "They were walking down the street drunk? We're they even walking" "Not really!" I hear Nancy say.

Jane's POV: I wake up and my head feels like someone's smashing it in. I open my eyes and relieve I'm not at the Wheelers. Where am I? I feel warmth next to me and look over to see red hair Max? I lift the blanket and yes it is Max. I decide to leave the bed to find out where I am. "Hello?" I call out quietly but get no answer. I walk down the hallway and see a man and a women staring by the phone talking to someone. "Not really!" The women says and the person on the phone says something then they hang up.

I decide to speak up "Uh who are you guys?" They look over at me "Oh you must be Jane. I'm Nancy and this is Steve I'm mikes older brother and Steve's my friend. I saw you guys walking down the street and didn't wanna get you in trouble so I brought you here" she explained and I listened "Oh well are you gonna take us back to the Wheelers" I asked and she nodded "I'm just wait for the others to wake up for now take this" she handed me a water bottle and a pill. "Thanks" I said then took the pill and chugged some of the water.

964 words, I honestly forgot about this book so I kinda just added on to this old chapter I had sorry it took forever
