Issei Hyoudou, a man who holds the sacred gear called [Boosted Gear] and he was called by others as Pawn of Gremory, Low Class Devil and better known as a Sekiryuutei. He has a dreams that he wants which is to become a harem king. He is very happy for that after he save Rias from the arranged marriage with Riser, but this time, it will be different from before.
In the Occult Research Club house, he along the others were gathered around the room as Rias was about to announce them.

Issei: "President? What is it you want to tell us??" He said which Akeno, Kiba, Koneko and Asia were wondering why Rias called them for the meeting.
Rias: "Well everyone, I am going to announce this to you that...... I am getting engaged with someone else." She said to them which Issei and others were shocked.
All (Except Rias): "Ehhh!!!!!???" They shouted in unison.
Issei: "What!? Rias!! Who is this man that you're engaging with!? I thought you hate arranged marriage!?" He exclaimed to her.
Rias: "(Glares at Issei) Issei!! Watch your tone!! If you do anything to my darling!! I'll kill you and your family!!" She said which it made Issei felt something broken inside him. This is his first time that Rias shouted at him and threatening him or his family just because of that.
Then another crest appeared on the floor which others know which crest belongs to.
Kiba: "No way!? This can't be right!? So Rias' supposedly lover was belong to......... Valefor Clan!!" He said as the man appeared before them as he said.

Fred: "Greetings to you, Rias and her servants. I am Fredlinn Valefor, you can just call me as Fred. As you know that Rias have told you about me being her lover, well I known her so much since we were kids before. And this time, (shows his red glowing eyes) no one dares to touch my Rias even if it means to kill you here." He said to them, which Issei gritted his teeth before he summons his sacred gear and launch towards Fred.
Kiba: "Issei!! Don't attack him!! He's too dangerous!!" He warned him but it was too late for him. Fred catches Issei's fist as he said.
Fred: "Heh!? You must be sekiryuutei!? Too bad!! You're just a pathetic excuse of a dragon and a devil!!" He said as he crushed the boosted gear with his strength before he proceed to punch him in the ribcage. However, it ended up that Issei's rib cage was shattered by Fred's punch.
