Zayn falls from stage

The concert of one direction was started. Boys were excited and fans were hyped up enough even when the songs didn't started. Everyone was happy and enjoying.

Four boys, Liam, Harry, Niall and Louis were already there and were waiting for Zayn to appear on stage. He quickly came by running and stood on his place and he hold his mic.

Fans started cheering more and Zayn smiled. Songs started and concert was going in a very energetic way.

Time skip**

It was end of concert and still none of the boys were tired. There was so much energy everywhere. The boys were singing their second last song when a thud was heard on speakers. A silence fell everywhere.

Boys looked around to see what happened untill few fans started screaming. Boys didn't saw Zayn on stage with them. Few seconds ago he was there and was jumping and singing so energeticly. Where did he disappeared?

Boys rushed towards screaming and few men from backstage came too. Boys saw Zayn's leg tangled with a wire and he was on the ground laying and his hand was placed on back of his head.

Zayn's POV:

I fell from the stage after a wire tangled in my leg Because I was standing near the edge. I started feeling a pain in my back and a wave of headache ran through my head. My head was in pain but alot of pain was felt from back of head. Mic fell from my hand which possibly gave a thud sound on speakers.

I started groaning and wincing in the pain.

"Great the concert was about to end beautifully and just Because of this stupid wire now it is ruined and i am laying infront of everyone on ground" Zayn thought to himself.

I was embarrassed but I can't stand up myself because I was feeling alot of pain. Thankfully there was no sharp object over here otherwise injury could have gone worse.

End of POV

"Shit Z you alright? Are you injured?" Niall asked being panicked.

"I am okay Niall, just a little pain in my back. Might need a hand to stand up" Zayn replied trying to sound as if he was okay but he was not. He was having back pain, headache and many more is yet to come.

Louis gave him his hand and when Zayn lifted his hand to grab Louis hand, he felt a sudden sharp pain in his right arm and he groaned making his right arm to go back in its previous position.

"Hey Z! you alright?" Harry asked as he saw Zayn's action.

"No, I can't lift my arm up" Zayn said squeezing his eyes in pain and then he took a sigh.

"It's okay buddy we will help you." Niall said and all the four lads helped him stand carefully.

When he stood he grabbed the arm of nearest person standing on his left side because he couldn't stand. He didn't noticed it was of Harry and them Harry put his hand on his arm.

"What's wrong?" Liam asked in a very concerned tone.

"My ankle, it hurts, I can't stand." Zayn replied while his eyes are squeezed shut.

"God! But you said only pain in back" Liam said in a daddy direction mode.

" That's what I thought too man" Zayn replied in pain.

Paul came running from behind.

"Boy's lets take him to hospital to check for his injuries" Paul said as he patted Zayn's back.

Harry and Niall helped Zayn walk to their bus. He sat on window seat and closed his eyes to relaxed. Soon they arrived at hospital.

Time skip**

Zayn was getting checked in doctors room and all the four boys were sitting in waiting area along with Paul.

Soon Zayn came with doctor. He had a sling in his arm and a stick to help him walk.

"Hello Mr. Paul. So Zayn have an fractured arm and ankle, he fell from stage with his back facing ground so his back is in pain too and he also had an headache. When he arrived here He had fever too not to high but." Doctor said untill Harry cut him off

"What!! he is injured this much!? And why does he had fever?" Harry asked freaking out.

"It's okay kid. Fever happens sometimes in these cases and its not very troublesome untill it gets high. And about injuries, he fell from stage and his back was facing ground and his arm hit the edge of stage which he probably didn't realized back." Doctor said comforting harry and other lads.

Zayn was standing with doctor and soon he went on side of Harry. He was looking very tired.

" I am giving these pain killers and fever reducers. Hopefully fever will not increase but to make his temperature normal taking fever reducers are must untill you feel better. Pain killers are heavy so he need to have a good diet and alot of rest." Doctor told while Paul nods

"How much time will his fractures take?" Paul asked.

"Well they might need one month and half. But specially for his ankles he need three weeks rest must. He can continue his work after that. But make sure he doesn't lift any heavy object or use his arm untill it gets completely healed." Doctor told and boys nodded.

"Well I will talk to management about cancelling the upcoming concerts and interviews untill you get better." Paul said and it brought a smile on everyone's face.

"Liam take one lad with you and can you please bring these prescribed medicines from the pharmacy of the hospital?" Paul asked. Liam nodded and Louis went with him.

Meanwhile Zayn was taken back in bus. He was with Harry and Niall and then Louis and Niall arrived too. Paul was talking on the phone standing outside.

"Well how are you Bradford lad?" Louis asked making everyone smile.

"Umm... i feel a bit tired and it seems like this stupid pain isn't going anywhere early" Zayn said complaining and all the boys started laughing.

"Hey, if you feel any pain or if you need anything just let us know Okay Z?" Harry said in a very comforting tone. Zayn nodded.

Meanwhile Paul came inside with a smile on his face. All the boys looked at him confused.

"Well congratulations boys. You got three weeks maximum off from your work. And Zayn you gotta be careful next time okay management wasn't happy but they still gave it" Paul told the boys specially Zayn.

All the boys nodded and a huge smile appeared on their faces.

Zayn leaned his head over Niall's shoulder and he drifted off in sleep. All the boys looked at him with a smile on their faces, obviously they loved him so much and he also loved him so much.

Soon they arrived at the hotel and Zayn was put in bed.

Harry took out phone and opened twitter.  #getwellsoonZ was trending on number one worldwide.

All the boys looked after him day n night he recovered more fast than expected. Concerts were started again and soon as the fans saw Zayn at stage every time, they would start shouting his name everytime. #Zbackinaction started trending worldwide as soon as fans saw him.

It made Zayn alot happy and he was enjoying every bit of the time.

-So i don't know if it's good or not but I tried my best.
