Through mist and rain, I wandered far and wide
My heart still aching, with love still denied
But fate had other plans, as oft it does
And led me to a place, where love once wasA rose garden, with blooms of every hue
A sight so wondrous, my heart skipped anew
But then I saw you, amidst the petals fair
And all at once, I felt love in the airYou smiled at me, and reached out your hand
I felt a warmth, that I could not withstand
And then I knew, that I must take the chance
To seize love's bloom, and feel its sweet romanceWith trembling heart, I took your hand in mine
And felt a spark, that grew with each design
Our love bloomed like a rose, with each passing day
And slowly, my fear and doubts, began to fade awayFor love had shown me, that risks are worth the pain
That life's sweetest blooms, come after winter's rain
And though our love may have thorns, as roses do
I know that with you, I am never too afraid to love anew.
