Found Friends

Chapter 5

Warning- before we start there is small talk about underage drinking,SA, and things being thrown you can skip this chapter if you want to you don't have to read it

While Riley slept selene finished her assignment then she went to sleep she had trouble she tossed and turned but still she couldn't sleep so she put some headphones on and played some music it sort of helped but tiredness took over and selene closed her eyes letting the darkness of sleep consume her

while both of them slept their father was working on something for his work while he worked Wil and willow were still at the Calder's apartment willow was still downstairs but now she's sitting at the table with Iver and Marc neither of the boys knew what to tell her but all three of them heard footsteps coming down the stairs they saw both Wil and Mal the two approached the table Wil sat next to his sister and Mal next to Iver no one spoke at first willow was looking down at her cup when Iver let out a small sigh while saying " I'm sorry Wil, Mal" the four looked up towards Iver willow was confused but both Mal and Wil said " it's okay"

willow let out a small sigh while looking at the time " Wil we have to go soon if dad finds out we are here we are screwed" Wil didn't think his sister would be cold towards Iver like this by suggesting that they leave Wil nodded and said his goodbyes to all of them and headed out to the car.
Willow did the same but Iver stopped her she looked down to where his arm was she didn't say anything but iver did " I'm sorry I haven't seen you much" willow looked towards Iver saying " it's fine I'm just glad your okay I should get going Wil's already in the car" willow went to walk away but Iver still didn't let her go she said " Iver come on I have to go" he didn't let go until Marc appeared behind him saying " Iver let willow go" and Iver immediately let go and went back inside

willow was about to walk off when Marc said " thank you for still caring for him not many people would" willow gave a soft smile saying" he's my best friend I'm not giving up on him i'll see you later Marc" she walked to her car once she got in her brother asked " can I drive?" Willow looked at Wil hear head tilted a bit she was confuse he never asked to drive her car so she asked " are you joking?" Wil shook his head saying i'm serious" willow get out of the care walking to the passenger side and Wil did the same and walked to the drivers side they both got in the car and Wil started to drive home

While Wil and willow drove home Marc went back inside the house seeing his brother sitting on the couch his feet up to his chest Iver had a bottle of whiskey in his hand Marc quickly walked over grabbing it from his hand yelling "what is wrong with you why are you still drinking you told me you wanted to get sober!" Iver got his feet he almost fell but he kept his footing and he yelled back " I do want to get sober but what's the point if your always going to see me as the disappointment who couldn't even help his own sister" Marc grabbed his arm pushing him down onto the couch he didn't yell at Iver this time but he said " I don't see you like that Iver I was angry that's all I didn't mean to say that to you" Iver shook his head mumbling " no you meant it I saw that look in yours it was the same one dad gave to you the night before he left " Marc's grip on the bottle got tighter he didn't even know what he was doing but the next thing he heard was a scream come from Mal when he opened his eyes he saw his brother holding his knees closer to his chest as he moved closer into the couch Marc turned around seeing Mal she was crying.

Marc tried to say something but all that came out was " I-" but mal had already walked over to the couch to get Iver away from their older brother as the two of them were walking up the stairs Mal looked towards Marc saying " you need to stop blaming him it wasn't his fault, it wasn't mine, and it wasn't yours" she helped Iver up the stairs leaving their older brother downstairs.

Willow and Wil made it home they were both sleepy willow was surprised that will made it to his room she just laughed as he jumped onto his bed he didn't even bother to take off his shoes willow just shook her head and walked to her room she didn't want to sleep willow looked at her phone and went through all the notifications she noticed that selene had messaged her back she felt bad although she didn't know Selene well she felt bad for replying so late but still she replied "that's good how old is he? Wil is 16" willow sat on her bed and she looked through her phone and jumped up when she heard a loud noise come from downstairs. She wasn't going to get up; she knew it was her dad getting home from work.

She finally laid down realizing that it was close to midnight and she had work the next day she put her phone on the charger and closed her eyes she was soon taken by sleep. While willow slept her father came into her room he kissed her forehead he then went to wil's room but he was surprised to see wil wasn't on his bed but he was on the floor his knees curled into his stomach his father let out a small sigh knowing that will sleeping on the floor is never a good sign but he did his best to try and pick wil up putting him back on his bed. Once their father got wil on his own bed he walked to his room he noticed his wife was still up she always waited for him to get home he changed into his night clothes and laid down next to her saying " his nightmares are back" his wife's smile faded asking " are you sure thomas?" He nodded " yes he was sleeping on the floor again and I know he only does that when he's about to have his nightmares" she put her book away on the nightstand and they both laid down she let out a sigh and mumbled " i wish he would talk to us" thomas said " he's been through a lot these past two years especially with him being in remission " she didn't know what to say but she told her husband" let's talk about this more tomorrow in the morning we can talk to wil before he goes to school." Thomas said "okay but let's talk to both of them." He turned off the light and they both soon fell asleep
