(She opens up a panel, and it shows the portraits of four huntresses.)
Tsumuri: These are your targets. They are four huntresses known as Team RWBY.
Sougo: What are their crimes?
Tsumuri: Well, they caused accidents during their "missions", and also committed faunus racism, faunus slavery and Blake Belladonna thinks the White Fang are just misguided, when they willingly became terrorists.
Ori: Should we kill them?
Mika: Come on, let's kill those bitches already.
(Tsumuri then gives them some packages.)
Tsumuri: These contain each Desire Driver with ID Cores and personal buckles. Use them and you'll be able to defeat them.
Isurugi: Sure.
(Then they place their Desire Drivers in their waists.)

(They place the ID Cores in each of their drivers.)
