(Isurugi is seen in Union City as he walks around and has one thing in his mind.)
Isurugi: (in mind) Mother... I swear I'll find the bastard who murdered you and tried to frame me.
(What he doesn't know is that some of Union Academy Students are seen watching him. They are Tenya Iida, Rikido Sato, Masaro Ojiro and Team NDGO.)
Iida: There he is.
Rikido: What are we waiting for?
Ojiro: The right time to strike him.
Nebula: Why not now?
Dew: Because he can fight back now. We need to make sure he won't see what hit him.
Gwen: Yeah, we only have one chance to avenge our boyfriends.
Octavia: Let's not waste it.
(They keep following Isurugi, who goes to a graveyard, where he visits his mother's grave.)
Isurugi: I'm sorry, mom. I couldn't protect you from them... but I swear I'll avenge you. I'll make sure the bastard who killed you pays dearly for this!
????: Don't bet on it, traitor!
(Isurugi turns to see All Might and the students of Union Academy.)
All Might: I said you could never be a hero, and what you did? You kept trying. And now you're seen as one.
Iida: You have ruined our reputation, and you need to pay for what you did.
Rikido: And our revenge starts... NOW!
(Iida dashes at Isurugi and kicks him while Ojiro grabs his neck with his tail, giving Rikido and All Might an opportunity to punch him in the gut while Team NDGO hits his legs, rendering him unable to move.)
All Might: Time to join your mother...
Isurugi: (weakly) You should... (pulls out a buckle) have gone... for the head!
SET!
Isurugi: (smirks) Henshin!
NINJA EPISODE II! READY, FIGHT!
(Isurugi becomes Tycoon Ninja Episode Two.)

Tycoon: (gets up) Time to test your luck.
All Might: KILL HIM!
(They charge at Tycoon, who knees Iida's chest and dodges Ojiro's tail whip before grabbing Rikido and kicking him like a spartan.)
Tycoon: Let's see you handle THIS!
(Tycoon pulls out his Ninja Dueler and starts slashing the Union Students one by one before slashing All Might's chest several times.)
Tycoon: You always found me unfit to be a hero. But now look at you, unable to lay a single finger on me. Time to end this!
NINJA STRIKE!
(Then several clones of Tycoon appear, one standing in front of each Union Student, and then they slash them while the real one pierces All Might's heart, and they scream in agony as they explode.)
Tycoon: This is getting dangerous. I better find Sougo quickly and get him back to the base.
(Tycoon sets out to find his friend as the chapter ends.)
