In this au everyone is classified at 18 if their a little, caregiver, or neutral. What happens when you're a classified little and Muzan is your caregiver? How will his companions react?
Rengoku made his way to Mitsuris estate, you close to his chest holding on tightly to his harori. He hoped they could find your caregiver but until then he'd make sure you were safe and sound.
Rengoku knocked on Mitsuris door waiting for her to answer. It was silent for a few seconds until he could hear her running to the door.
"Rengoku how are you I-" She paused when she saw you peacefully sleeping in his arms your paci bobbing in and out of your mouth.
"I need you to watch her for a few days since I have a mission is that okay?" Rengoku whispered.
"Of course it is! Eeeeekkk! Shes so precious" Mitsuri squealed being a little too loud which Rengoku quietly shushed her. Mitsuri put her hand over her mouth realized her mistake. She grabbed you out of Rengokus arms and carried you to her bedroom where she tucked you in.
"Sweet dreams little mochi"

I woke up to see I wasn't with the fiery man anymore but in a cute pink room laying on a big bed. A woman with pink and green hair walked in looking excited. She's so pretty! Maybe she could do my hair!
"How was your nap cutie?" She asked.
"It was goods!"
My tummy started to rumble. I haven't hardly ate anything today. I started to cry from being so hungry.
"Awwww it's okay baby. Are you hungry?" Mitsuri asked. Y/n nodded and crawled on her trying to get to her breasts. Mitsuri blushed but then softly smiled as she undid her top and situated you in her arms so you could properly breast feed from her. You quickly latched on and began sucking her breast. Mitsuris milk tasted very sweet which you loved.
Eventually she ran out of milk but it was okay becasue you were full. Y/n looked Mitsuri in her eyes with so much love. She loved having a mommy. Both of their eyes widened when they felt a spark between them.

Mitsuri cried tears of joy as she held you.
Meanwhile Muzan felt a sudden pain in his heart. You found another caregiver. He got angry. Someone took HIS little?! If of was one of his demons he would torture and kill them on the spot. But he had a feeling it was the enemy. Muzan started heading back to the fortress ready to unleash hell.
Meanwhile, Mitsuri was in town picking out outfits and things for your nursery. You just wanted to go home and be with your new mama, not be out in public.
"Mama home"
"We'll go home in just a minute mochi" Mitsuri said as she picked out some more outfits for you. That was it! You sat on the ground and started crying. You just wanted to go home! Why wasn't she listening to you?
Mitsuri picked you up and started rocking you.
"I know baby I know. We're going home now and you can have all the snuggles you want!" Mitsuri said wiping your tears away. This made you happy as you started to swing your legs and bounce. Mitsuri giggled and payed for all the things she got you.
On the way back to her place she wondered who your other caregiver was. Littles were assigned 4 caregivers. 2 males and 2 females. So who was the other one? She waited until the two of you were home to ask. Mitsuri dressed you in a cute pink strawberry onsie.
"Mochi can I ask you a question?" Mitsuri asked as she combed your hair. You nodded and started playing with your teddy bear again.
"Who is your other caregiver?"
Y/n stopped playing and replied happily.
"Muzy Kibu!"
Mitsuri stopped combing your hair and dropped the brush in shock.
Muzan was your daddy! This sweet little girl was the little of the demon king. She didn't wanna believe it but she knew it was true.
Y/n not knowing what was wrong started patting her cheek. Mitsuri acted like everything was fine and started styling your hair. She needed to tell the others. You could have information that could be useful. That could wait until tomorrow. It was too late to worry about the others reaction. Mitsuri fed you a warm bottle in bed until your eyes began to close and you fell asleep. Mitsuri held you close as she drifted off.
