You and Kay arrived back at the pizzeria. By then, your hour break was up. On your way back to the kitchen, you saw a child crying in the corner. You walked over to her.
"Hey, what's wrong?" You asked her.
"I-I can't find my brother..." She replied, looking up at you with green eyes wide in fear.
"I'll help you find him. Come with me, I'll take you somewhere. You'll be safe there, I promise."
"O-okay..." She shakilly took your hand, and you lead her to the Security Office.
You knocked on the metal door. It rose, and you and the girl stepped inside. Her long blonde hair swayed as she followed you.
"Mike, can y-" You looked up at Mike, and someone else was with him. "Who's this?" You asked.
"Y\N, this is Jeremy Fitzgerald. I'm training him for the Night Guard position." Jeremy sat next to Mike and waved at you.
"H-hi, I'm Jeremy." The man said. You noticed that he had a question mark in the center of his face. "I'm Y/N."
"So, what is it, Y/N?" Mike asked, setting the tablet on the desk.
"I need you to watch this little girl for a little bit for me. She lost her brother and I'm going to go look for him." The girl peeked out from behind your leg. Mike held out his hand and the girl took it carefully.
"I'm Mike. What's your name?"
"Lilac..." She said, walking over to Mike.
"I can watch her, Y/N." Mike said. You sighed in relief.
"What does your brother look like, Lilac?" Jeremy asked. "He has short black hair. I-I think he's wearing a black shirt and jeans." She responded. "His name is Kyle."
"Thank you. Y/N, you know what to do." Mike said. You nodded and headed out of the office, hearing the metal door clang shut behind you.
>>(Mike's POV)>>
She left the office and I shut the door behind her.
"Okay Lilac, Y/N will be back with your brother soon." Lilac nodded.
"How old are you, Lilac?" Jeremy asked, kneeling down to her.
"I'm six."
"Okay. Here, you can play on this while Mike teaches me things, okay?" He handed her a smartphone.
"O-Okay." She took it warily, then proceeded to play games on the device.
"So, Jeremy, here's the tablet." I handed to him. "You can see the bots here, Foxy here, closet here, hallway here, the kitchen he-" I stopped as I realized the kitchen camera was down.
"God damn budget cuts.." I growled quietly. Jeremy gasped.
"Mike Schmidt! There are children present!" He whisper-yelled at me.
"Sorry." I said, looking back at the tablet. He nodded.
"Audio only... This is weird, just yesterday this was working." I said, flustered. "And now we won't know when Goldie is coming."
"Who?" Jeremy asked.
"Just an old bot. A sneaky one. He's been in this office once or twice." I shook my head. "He hides in the kitchen. And now that we don't have the camera..."
"We won't know when he'll come..."
"Exactly."
Jeremy looked terrified. "He's not that bad if you know what to do. I he comes in, just look at the tablet, then look back up. He'll be gone." I said reassuringly. Jeremy nodded.
Lilac stood up and walked over to Jeremy. "Sir...you got a message." She tugged on his sleeve. Lilac handed him the phone.
"Thank you." He said, looking at the message. His eyes scanned it over and over. His eyes got wider every time he read it.
"Everything okay, Jer?" I asked.
"N-No... I have to go... I'm sorry." He handed me the phone and put is face in his hands. I read the message in my head.
Jeremy. Come 2 Hospital asap. Mom's not doing well. -R
"Jeremy... I'm sorry."
"It's okay. Can I go?"
"Of course." I handed him the phone. He nodded at me and left the office quickly. I looked back at the camera. I saw Y/N walking past the Cove. I turned on the microphone. "Y/N!"
>>(Your POV)>>
"Y/N!" You heard Mike's static voice yell from somewhere. You looked around and saw a camera.
"Oh, hey Mike."
"Did you find Kyle yet?"
"No, but I have the kitchen to check still." You said, pointing towards the the kitchen. "Okay. Be safe, Foxy might be in the Cove." He said, a bit of worry in his voice.
"Actually, I'm seeing if Boss let him back yet. He was in repair earlier."
"Ok Y\N... But be safe."
You gave the camera a thumbs up as you walked into the Cove. He wasn't there.
You walked back out. "Not there." You said to him.
"Okay. Go look for Kyle."
"Gotcha." You walked away from the camera and to the kitchen.
You passed the band on your way there. They were performing Love Somebody by Maroon Five, and you stopped to listen for a bit.

When the song ended, you saw a man with short, messy blonde hair staring at you, smiling. You waved, and he just laughed and walked away. "That was strange..." You thought, heading to the kitchen.
Entering the kitchen, sure enough there was a man with short black hair, a black shirt, and jeans. "Kyle?" You asked. He spun around and looked at you.
"Do I know you?" He rasped.
"No, but your sister is looking for you."
"Lilac? I left her in the Cove. She's fine." He said, shaking his head.
"First of all, the Cove is off limits to anybody except employees. And second, she was sitting by the hallway."
"So where is she now? We should get going."
"I'll take you to her."
You left the room, followed by Kyle. You went to the security office.
You pounded on the door, and it opened, letting you both in.
Lilac ran up to Kyle and hugged him.
"So, you found him. Good." Mike said, looking back into the tablet.
"Thank you for watching her." Kyle sais to Mike. "Oh, it was nothing." He said. They left the office.
"I had the strangest thing happen to me earlier." You said, looking at the celebrate! poster on the wall.
"And what was it?"
"A guy was staring at me and smiling. When I waved to him, he just laughed and disappeared."
"I know who that was." Mike growled quietly. "Goldie."
