-Javon's pov-

Right now I am at my girlfriend's volleyball game.

Y/n is together the captain of the school's volleyball team and I'm so proud of her.

The game was going so great until Y/n fell while trying to jump to hit the ball she fell, and her friend quickly jumped to hit the ball.

When she landed she landed on Y/n's leg. Yes, my girlfriend's freaking leg!

Y/n screamed in pain and everyone stopped what they were doing and gathered around here.

I got up and ran out of my place and down to the court. I pushed my way through the people gathering around her and finally reached her.

The paramedics looked worried and said that she broke her leg badly and that she needs to go to the hospital.

They took Y/n to the hospital, and I called her parents to tell them what had happened. The doctor came out and said that "Y/n was going to do better, but right now she's in a plaster and is going to be for 6-10 months."

"6 to 10 months that's a lot," Y/n's mother said "That's because your daughter's bones had been damaged badly" he said.

"When can we see her?" I asked "Yes sure come in" We got in the room and saw Y/n on the bed with a frown and puffy eyes.

"Hey baby, how are you," I said sitting next to her "I'm good" she whispered "No your not" I hugged her "I'm sorry for what happened"

I hugged her and she started crying, I comforted her until she calmed down again "Do you wanna talk about it?" I asked and she shook her head.

"Sit next to me," she said sliding over making me some space on her bed. I sat next to her, and Y/n rested her head on my shoulder.

Y/n and I sat together in silence which I knew she needed.

"I'm not allowed to play" she said "I can't play anymore" "It's okay baby you'll be able to play soon" "6 to 10 months does not sound soon to me," she said.

I placed one hand around her shoulder, pulling her closer to me "Hey don't get upset, athletes always get injured" "Exactly, and that injury usually breaks their whole career and mine didn't even start yet!"

"Hey I promise you'll get back on your feet and I'll help you with that if you ever needed help okay," I said "I'll always be by your side"

Y/n's hand wrapped around me and she kissed my lips "Thank you baby" she said and I smiled "You don't need to thank me, I love you and that's what's important"
