Today my girlfriend and I are going to work out together which I'm really happy and excited about.

I love working out and I do it every day but Y/n on the other hand isn't really a fan of it, she works out 2-3 times a week so I'm really excited to see her try my workout.

"Javon I don't wanna do it anymore" she said making me laugh "baby we haven't started yet" I said and she groaned "I know but your workout's so extreme" she pouts and peck her lips "don't worry you'll live"

My dad and sister came in and Jaden came after them "alright you all ready!" DJ asked and they all said yes except for me "don't worry Y/n/n" Jayla pants my back and I sigh "fine".

We first started with stretches and then started working out

There were 4 machines a treadmill, stairway, and cross trainer, and the fourth one I had no idea what it was.

We used each machine for 15 minutes then started our workout "alright because this is Y/n's first time with us we're going to start with some easy ones and then go harder" Dj said and he was right. we first started with...

10 lung jumps

15 squats

10 reverse crunch 

8 glute bridges on each leg

Then a 3 minutes break which felt like 3 seconds after that we did..

10 push-ups

Flutters for a minutes

And a plank for 50 seconds

and heaven heels for 3 seconds

"Okay guys I'm done" I said sitting up "come on Y/n/n we're almost done just 5 more" Jaden said and I shook my head "I can't" "yes you can come on" Javon came and picked me up forcing me to do it with them.

Because I stood up faster than I should I felt my head spin, it was very hot and I was very thirsty "Y/n you okay?" Dj asked and before I could reply everything went black.

-Javon's pov-

Y/n fell and before her head could hit the ground I caught her.

"Y/n! babe wake up" I said shaking her and when she didn't respond I got worried "Y/n wake up I'm sorry"

"Javon calm down" "shut up" I yelled "hey Javon move away from her" "dad no" "yes she has to be laid down fully"

I gently please her head down on the ground and asked him what should we do next.

"Jayla go get the small fan I have on my work desk and Jaden get some water and a towel" my siblings went off and got the things my father asked for.

"Is she going to be okay?" "Yes it looks like she got overheated and that's what caused her to faint" he said and I dealt my heartache.

That probably happened because of me

She told me she was tired and I didn't listen

I'm such a bad boyfriend

My dad spilled the cold water on the towel making it damp then wiped it on her face. Jayla used the fan to help get her temperature down.

Y/n shifted a little, and minutes later opened her eyes "what happened" she asked getting up"

"Woah Y/n take it slow" my dad said "what happened?" She asked again "you fainted" Jayla said "I did?"

"Yea and it's all my fault" I said and she looked at me "I'm so sorry Y/n"

"I should've listened to you when said you were tired and needed a break, I'm so sorry" my eyes started to tear up as regret filled me.

"Don't cry wanna it's okay" she hugged me "it's not your fault" "it kinda is our fault too" Jaden said.

"Hey it's okay I'm okay now and that's what matters" she said "how are you feeling?" my dad asked her "good just a little dizzy but I'm sure it's nothing.

"Maybe we should end the workout here" he said "Y/n I want you to go get yourself something to eat to help cause I'm sure if you don't, you might faint again"

I helped my girlfriend up and took her back inside and into the kitchen "what do you want to eat?" I asked.

"Look baby if you don't want something from here I want to be more than happy to order you some or take you out"

"As much as this sounds great I really don't think I have the energy or in the mood to go out right now" "so wanna eat here?" She nodded and I opened the fridge.

"We have some last night leftovers, my mom made her famous lasagna that you love" I said "I hid it somewhere so that I could eat it but I'm going to reheat it in the microwave for you"

I handed Y/n the plate of the hot lasagna I just took another microwave "mhmm that smells divine" she took a bite of it, and hummed in satisfaction "yummy"

"Wanna a bite" she said giving me some "let's eat this together because there's no way I could finish that all on my own" I smiled and grab the fork and went upstairs to my bedroom.

Y/n and I ate in my bedroom and when we were done she asked me if she borrow some clothes and a shower.

"We probably stink" she said and I laughed "me yes you surprisingly no" I said truthfully and she playfully rolled her eyes "sure"

After we both showered we got in bed, I pulled her closer to me and wrapped my arms around her. She snuggled her face on my chest and I smiled kissing her head "good night"
