Chapter 9

*Chloe's P.O.V*

After leaving the party with the girls they were all on high alert.

I texted my brothers telling them to meet us at the track, they both agreed and we all sped off to the track.

Minutes later we were all at the track and were walking to a private spot to talk.

"So what's going on?" Chris asks looking at me and then all the girls.

Jackie has been jumping out of her skin after hearing about Riley so she has had her gun on her and loaded.

"Riley is back and isn't happy." I state looking between my two brothers.

"Riley?" They say frustrated and full of anger. "What does that pathetic pain in the ass want?" Michael asks.

"He wants revenge and his west coast back, but with me in the way it's becoming more difficult for him."

"I don't think it's just you in the way Chloe...." Ashlyn says irritated.

"Did I ask for you to speak or not you guys just stay guard do you understand me right now isn't the time for you to be annoying me!" I hiss at her not in the mood for her pmsing moods.

She just throws me a quick glare before recovering it remembering who she's talking to and nods turning back to the door.

Don't get me wrong I love all my friends, but when it comes to business and my gangs I do not like being bothered by someone and I will deal with them EVERYONE knows that.

I turn back to my brothers laying out the files on Riley from the past five months. "I have men watching him and everything he does, so far.... he's clean and hasn't done anything."

They nod opening the files "If you two find anything contact me as soon as possible I don't want this to be something you put aside understand?"

They agree and we all get up walking back to the cars. I take Katie and Jackie home than drive to the diner down the road meeting an old friend.

I get to the diner throwing my hood to my black hoodie up walking in sitting across from the person I called my big brother growing up.

"Hey Chloe!" Max smiles at me

"Hey Maxy." I smile back at him

"Max we need to discuss something." He shakes his head notifying me he's all ears.

"Riley is back and he isn't happy, but that's not the only thing I'm worried about it's your brother he's trying to medal around and figure things out... and we both know that is not a good Idea so please watch him."
