Falling for the Bad Girl!

Chapter 14

*Chloe's P.O.V*

Once I step foot out of the car my brothers are standing in front of me. "So you thought it was a good idea to take Paxton's car out for the race, instead of the car we fixed up and made sure was completely safe for you to be in. What the actual fuck Chloe none of what you did today was okay. Plus you were spotted talking to Tyler one of the most dangerous people in Canada!! After that you run off to god knows where for almost two hours don't you think someone would have been following you to get revenge?? You don't think ever! You've got to be going crazy!!" Chris shouts at me, yet I don't listen "are you done?" Chris looks furious while Michael just shakes his head. I start walking inside when Michael grabs my arm to turn me around. "Listen okay, I won the race because I know I am capable of winning without getting hurt. I used that car to get on Riley's nerves, yes it was stupid, but I don't want him to think it will be that easy to get to me. I am not scared of him anymore I am finally in a good place where Jasper, the girls, the guys, you two, mom everything going good can we not let this fucker and his past feud with us get in the way of that?" They both shut up Chris is still mad obviously they both understand though. The three of us walk in the house silently thinking about our night. I may have screwed up a few times tonight, but all that matters is that we're all okay. 

The next day I wake up to my phone ringing I look to see that its Jasper I really don't want to answer this. Soooo I don't I turn my phone off putting it on my night stand and close my eyes going back to sleep, well I thought I was when my door opens. "Really Chloe you ignored my phone call thats a little childish don't you think?" I take a big breathe and look at Jasper standing with his arms crossed smirking at me. "I'm trying to sleep asshole now if you don't mid." I throw my pillow at him and cover my head with my blanket. "Oh no you don't" he grabs the blankets off me than drags me out of bed.  "How does brunch sound?" Jasper states I roll my eyes and walk to the bathroom starting to brush my teeth. Jasper leans against the door frame watching me "what happened to you last night, you just disappeared" I don't answer as I start to wash my face I really hope he lets this go I'm in no mood to talk about last night. "Chloe talk to me I'm your boyfriend I'm here to listen to you and help you and be there for you, but I can't when all you're doing is shutting me out from every part of your life." I slam both of my hands on the counter. "When I want to talk about it with you I will, but for right now I don't wanna talk about yesterday especially right after I woke up okay?" Frustrated I walk past him and into my closet picking out my outfit for today. "Chloe I didn't mean it like that I just want everything to be good between us and no more secrets, okay I love you and I am sorry."  to easy this whole thing is just to easy at least with Paxton there was some kind of argument or disagreement this all just seems way to easy  I think to myself "its fine Jas I love you too and I am sorry for getting frustrated." He walks in front of me pulling me close "its okay I shouldn't have pushed you to tell me things you aren't ready to tell me." He leans down placing a soft kiss on my lips. 

Throughout the day me and Jasper get brunch, go to the mall, and go go-karting it was fun and nice to get my mind off of all the things going on I my life right now. At night he drops me home to go and spend time with the guys, he says I should go and spend time with the girls, but I am not up for it. I'm just going to stay in and binge watch Criminal Minds on Netflix. Once Jasper leaves I walk to my moms room to fid her sleeping cuddled up to her wedding photo of her and dad. She does that every now and again we all know she misses him dearly shit we do too, but the love they had for one another is bigger than anyone knows.  The boys are out with some friends in their gang doing 'guy stuff' as they like to call it whatever just say you don't want me there no big deal. I decided to go for a little ride through the outskirt of town to a bar that I use to go to in the past to help Paxton deal with certain situations and people. The bar is an old beat up kinda place you wouldn't think was still in business, but it is fully functioning on the inside and does not look as broken as the outside does.  

As I pull up I see a very familiar motorcycle parked in the front. "It can't be" I whisper under my breathe I grab my gun from behind me hiding it between my purse and my hand. I walk in to barely any people in the bar, the bartender is flirting with some skank at the pool table, some older guys are playing poker in the far corner, and of course the man who just got his heartbroken drinking alone at the bar. I walk over to the bartender who is quit big "excuse me" I say politely he shrugs me off and continues is conversation. I get annoyed "Excuse me sir" I tap his shoulder and he turns around at the speed of light and glares at me "listen here little girl disrupt my conversation again and I smash your precious barbies piece by piece you understand! The wine is behind the counter pour you a glass and leave me alone." He turns back around to continue his conversation, like I was ever going to let the happen. I grab his hand and twist his arm behind his back pushing him to the ground while I get behind him pushing my knee into his back. "No, now listen here little guy I need the key to the corner room and if you give me another problem or disrespect me like that again I will rip your tiny cat balls off and shove them up your ass." He struggles underneath me not able to get back up. "Okay okay back pocket the keys in there little lady now please I'm sorry let me up." I smirk grabbing the key as well as getting off this sweaty man. "Thank you now you may continue your conversation."I walk to the corner room putting the key in scared of whats on the other side if the door.

I walk into the dark room with a desk, and a chair facing the back wall. I sigh in relief and am ready to leave and have me a drink when the familiar voice stops me and the chair turns to face me. "Oh my sweet Chloe how good to finally see you again." The voice that makes my skin crawl, heart race, and tears to my eyes . "Paxton."

I know it was a short chapter but theres a lot more to come I hope you guys liked this chapter as much as I enjoyed writing it!
