Chapter 5 - Le Date (Pt. 1)

(A/N: Sorry guys if this was all sudden, I didn't feel like writing the mansion mission because it's kinda boring (also, I would've burnt that book right away). I want to skip a huge chunk of Fairy Tail because all of you NaLu fans probably wouldn't think this fandom existed if you haven't watched the end of the 1st & the whole 2nd season. Plz forgive me I'm a lazy writer and want to get to the good NaLu parts)

Lucy's POV

"So how are things w/ you and Gajeel?" I teasingly asked Levy who turned as red as Erza's hair. "What do you mean there's nothing going on between me & him " she was defending herself.

"It's ok you don't have to state the obvious " I continued teasing her, "Lu-chan!!" The blunette wined.

"OK then! What about you and Natsu, I heard you finally admitted you have feelings for him" my best friend said. "I- I have no idea what your talking about... " I stuttered in embarrassment. "Really?" Levy gave me a face. "OK FINE! I'm not sure when to ask him out on a date though" I wondered to myself.

"Let him ask you, if he really does have feelings for yo-" " He should be the real man in the relation ship!" Elfman butted in. "Elfman, surprisingly that was exactly what I was going to say" she said in a matter - of - fact tone.

I laughed for a moment then realized that's exactly what I should do, just wait for him to come to me.

"I understand, that would make since, also" I agreed w/ levy.

Natsu's POV

It has been two weeks since Lucy has proposed to me about her feelings.

'I felt the same way the minute I layed eyes on you ' I daydreamer about our feature. 'What's wrong w/ you Natsu that's way to sudden' I snapped out of la- la land.

"Natsu when are you going to make a move?" Gajeel asked me out of the blue making me jump.

"Uhh, what?" I asked confused. "Wow, your more dense than I thought you would be in a relationship" the metal head shook his head.

"Your lucky that bunny girl has a lot of patience w/ you" he retorted. "Hey since when did you become a relationship police?" I teased him, "Oh! I know, that book worm got to ya, huh?" I laughed.

"So what?" The iron dragon slayer mage asked. "I guess nothing... unless you like her?" I continued teasing him. "That's non of your business! " Gajeel shoved me into Grey.

"Watch it flamebrain!" He shouted at me, "What did ya just call me ice princess?" "You heard me, FLAMEBRAIN!" he yelled in my ear so I could understand him loud and clear.

"Would you two stop!!??" Erza stomped over here and collided our heads together.

I heard Lucy laugh, not caring about the throbbing pain in my head, I smiled loving her laughs.

"You guys wouldn't stop pounding each other heads 'till you dead!" She exclaimed while walking out the doors still chuckling.

"Hey wait up!" I grabbed Lucy's arm. "What's up?" She turned and looked at me.

"I was wondering if you, I don't know would like t-" I was cut off by the beautiful blonde, "Yes I would love to!" She took my hand. "But I didn't even fini-" "It's ok I knew what you were going to say" she calmly stated.
