Jaune ate his 13th Cup of Instant Ramen Noodles(in his dorm just because.) "Jaune can I ask you something?" Ruby asked him. "Sure, what's up?".
"You know how you can make a sword with Aura?" She asked him gaining a nod in response. "Is it possible for you to make a scythe?" She asked him timidly.

"I'd like to introduce you to The Sickle of Sorrow. Here hold it." Jaune held the blade out to Ruby's hand. 
"It's divine-like..." She whispered as she swung the scythe around. 
A Day Later...
"Hey, guys you know they're holding a tournament?" Weiss asked Jaune and Pyrrha causing them to look at her confused. "Really what's it about?" Pyrrha asked her. "It's a way to see if any of the teams are ready for the upcoming Vytal Festival Tournament. Even some of the other teams from Atlas, Vauco, and Mistral are participating. You guys want in?" Weiss asked them. 
"Sure! I'm down." Jaune said excitedly. "Me as well!" Pyrrha raised her hand. "Me too!" Ruby said with a mouthful of cookies.

"So it's basically like The Vytal Festival Tournament but only one team from each kingdom and has no doubles." Ruby recapped what Weiss said. "Yes, Ruby." 
"Can Team JPWR and Team SSSN please come onto the stage?" The Announcer asked over the P.A. Box. "Let's Go," Jaune said as they got onto the stage. 
Team SSSN stood on the stage looking determined and prepared. 
"And the biomes are... ICE AND OCEAN!" 
And at that, the one with the blue hair paled instantly as his cocky façade crumbled into dust. 
"Begin!" 
Instantly Jaune teleported to the one with the monkey tail. 
"Hello, Monkey! Shall we dance?" Jaune said with his Sickle of Sorrow already formed in his hands. "Sure Man! Name's Sun Wukong!" 
Sun swung his bō staff at Jaune but was swiftly blocked by Jaune's Scythe before being met with a kick to the abdomen sending him flying nearly out of bounds. Jaune quickly followed up by firing a barrage of Death Beams at Sun, who was about to fall out of bounds.
