You three make it to the mall, you take the dress back to the shop then you go meet Connie at the food court, Georgie comes to meet you two after he buys his sport stuff, you and Connie talk, Georgie seats down next to you and you all like a few minutes before you all head back home. Georgie smiles and says "you not going to the dance, I'm not either the girl I want to take doesn't want to go" as you smile at him "whom is this girl? As he smirks and say's "you are the girl I want to be with, I want to work on our relationship" as you smile at him and say "we can work on our relationship" as he smirks and say "really Nicole that's amazing news, we will take it day by day" you smile at him. And you two go to Connie's car with her and head home. Fast forward a few weeks, tonight is the dance you are packing your bags for you summer program, Georgie has been doing amazing work in school, and got into a super program himself near yours. He can continue to do what he needs to plus they got football too. You are done with your packing and you went outside in the back yard. You go to the swing set and begin to swing, a few minutes go and Georgie comes out and over to your yard, he smirks and seats down next to you on the swing set.
He say "what time do we need to leave to get to the school in two days, I need to let meemaw know tonight at dinner" as you smile big at him "the school is 2 hours later, and we need to be there and check in by 4 pm tomorrow so 11 am so we got time Incase" as he nods his head and pulls you against his chest, as you smile and he say "I know this month, is about better ourselves but I want to fix us too alright? As you nod your head at him "we will have time for us, you are in the same dorm as me just down the hall and around the corner" as he nods his head and kisses your forehead. Your hair is back to long, and completely red again,

You and Georgie have two classes together than 2 apart then he has football practice, you work on the paper at the school. You two are taking it slow and building your relationship back.
You both are enjoying this time, you are in your first class of the day with Georgie seating next to you as your phone goes off it's in your pocket and on vibrated you dig it out and see it's from you sister, something is wrong with your dad so you raise your hand and ask if you can go to the bathroom and your teacher lets you as you walk out of the classroom and go to the bathroom before calling your sister to find out what's going on with your dad, she lets you know he had heartache he is in the hospital, they said he needs surgery, they are planning it for Friday morning, as you hear your mom in the background and you let rose you will be home Thursday evening you will let the school know what is going on and then you will call Connie to come get you, you know Georgie will want to be there too so you talk for a few minutes then you hang up and go back to class and let Georgie know the situation so after class you got 45 minutes before the next one and the dean's office is right down the hall from the class, so you two will go by and let them know friday you two need it off but Monday you two will make up the extra work up. You two need to leave Thu after your classes, Georgie doesn't have football practice after Wednesday so it should be good, you will get your number two to cover the paper. Georgie nods his head and you two finish the class then you get up and go to the dean's office to let him know the situation and he understands completely and let's you know to get the stuff you need for Fridays classes and have it done by Monday, he will send notes to all your teachers to give you both the work Thursday and he hopes your dad does great in surgery, he will see you two back Monday morning, as you thank Dean Williams and you two go to your next classes, Friday you both got 2 classes together and 1 apart then nothing just like Thursday, same classes so Thu you will both get the homework, will let your second in command know he is over the paper this weekend, Georgie said he will call his meemaw and get her to come Thursday afternoon, you think him and he shakes his head and pulls you in to him and smiles kissing your head "it's all good babygirl" as you smile and look at him and he smirks as you two finish the classes for the day then go to do your after class programs.
