Then you two head out of your office and to the barn, where the ranchers are with the horses. You go do some last minute details while Jamie goes and helps the ranchers. Ryan comes over and lifts you up and spins you around and kisses your lips lightly "hey darling, how was your morning? As you smile big and place your hands on his shoulders "hi handsome it has been good, Jamie stop by and is going to help you guys today" as he smirks and puts you down and smile fixing your hair "so your best friend is going to be helping us today, who happens to be Mr Duttons son, is he here to feel me out? As you smile at him "nah if Lee was around still he would be the one to feel you out, on a daily basis" as he nods his head "understand completely, we got his anniversary of death coming up in a few months" as you smile at him "yep two months from now" as Jamie comes over and stands by Ryan and you smile at them "play nice boys, Lloyd is in control, im in my office working on the roster and schedule" as they all nod their head and Jamie laughs, "Shasta, Rip call early, they are doing some test on dad, he said to call him" as you you smile at Jamie "I'll do that right now thank you jamie listen to Lloyd" as he nods his head and they head off and you go to your office and call Rip to check on John.
Rip answers and gives you the update on John, they are just running some test, they got to do the test when they can because John doesn't come to the hospital very often, you understand that and you let your brother know everything is running smoothly here, he should take Ashley out for a nice lunch while John is getting those test done, spend some time with her as he agrees and lets you know he is going to, they are going to get some lunch in a little bit, as you smile and you two hang up, and you go back to work on the Schedule and Roster, a few hours later it's lunch time and you head to the Bunkhouse to get something to eat, Walker's girlfriend Laramie and her friend Mia aka Jimmy's ex girlfriend, are there with John's friend who is a girl Summer, Jimmy is back with his finance Emily for a while. Teeter comes in with Emily and smiles at you as you ask "how everything is going with the boys? As Teeter smiles at you "good they got everything Lloyd wanted done, has anyone heard from Rip or Ashley about Mr Dutton yet? As you nod your head "yep they are running some test on Mr Dutton, they will be back this evening" as Summer smiles and you all get something to eat and drink then you head back to your office, some of the girls stay in the Bunkhouse and some go back outside. As Jamie comes around with Ryan at the end of the day, Jamie is heading home to his apartment, he will be back in the morning to see his daddy and help with the ranch, you wave bye, Ryan and you are heading to your place, you made some cowboy chili with cornbread for dinner tonight for you two.
A few minutes later you two are at your house and warm up the dinner, you go upstairs to your room and change into some comfortable clothes,

You come back to the kitchen and Ryan is there seating at the table, with a beer in hand, you go check the food as Ryan turns around and walks over to you and wraps his arms around your waist and kisses your neck lightly. As you lean back against him and smile "he smirks and says "it smells really good babygirl, I love being here with you, I feel so relaxed, you make everything so much better" as you giggle and say "same here handsome, I love you being here with me and you make everything so much better too, I feel relaxed too" as he turns you around and kisses your lips lightly. You two make out before you two eat dinner, then watch some TV in the master bedroom, he holds you against his chest all night long, you two sleep in each other's arms, he can't believe you are his finally and he doesn't plan on letting you go anytime soon, he loves you and sees a future with you the all nine yards, marriage, babies and living happy ever after. Next morning you two are still in bed together.
