'' 𝘚𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘨𝘰. ,,At the beginning of your relationship with Tom, he seemed like the perfect boyfriend. He would take you on dates every other Friday, he was really romantic and you thought his perverted personality was rather charming.
However, Tom's fame started to get in the way. He had become a different person, he was irritated most days and didn't do much with you anymore.
These past few weeks had been extremely rough on your relationship. You started staying out later and going to clubs and bars by yourself. You never went home with anyone, but it would be a lie if you said you never thought about it.♥
One night you got home and saw Tom sitting on the couch, staring blankly at the wall.
"Hey, I'm back." You waved and took your shoes off.
"Hey.'' Is all he said in response.
You sighed and started walking to the kitchen, until Tom stopped you. "Y/n can we talk?" You looked over to see him peering over the back of the couch. His eyes weren't full of love like they used to be. "Yeah, sure." You made your way back to the living room and sat beside him. The two of you sat in silence for a minute until Tom spoke, "Why have you been staying out so late recently?"
"Oh... well- I just," you sighed, "I've been hanging out with some of my coworkers at that bar down the road." Tom nodded. The room went silent for a moment. "Are you cheating on me?" He asked, staring directly at you.
"No" you said.
He nodded again and looked down at the floor.
"Tom,what's wrong?" You asked as you were staring to get worried. He sighed. "Y/n, do you love me?"
"...Yes?"
"Stop lying, please."
Suddenly, you stood up, "Tom, you've changed.. you're not the same man I fell in love with. I swear it's like I don't even know you sometimes. I mean we haven't been on a date in 6 months, Tom! Why can't you realize what you're doing to this relationship!"
"You know, you aren't any better than me!" Tom snapped back.
"I would've taken you on more dates if you decided to actually come home at a decent time! I made a reservation a while back but I had to cancel because you were too busy hanging out at the bar!"
He took a deep breath and finished his outburst with a soft, "sorry."You sat back down on the couch. "Maybe we should part ways, we aren't good for each other. We could still be friends, yeah?"
"Yeah." Tom immediately stood up and grabbed two bags that were sitting in the hallway.
He left without looking back.
