"Careful, I scratch and bite." Her face inches from his, patiently waiting for him to give in.
But, he doesn't give in, not yet. He takes one step closer and bends down to whisper in her ear, "you'll beg and crawl too.... I promise."

Jacob makes a mistake.
Really, he makes so many of them RM could fill an entire flash drive. Which he is, in fact, doing.
But this is beyond the pale.
Jacob has fucked Riccardo Lorenzo's wife. Just because he could. And then, for good measure, he threatened to slit her throat, and murdered her driver.
RM holds in his true reaction until he has left the family villa, the man's body still lying cold on the driveway.
He is alone. He would not scream like this or bang the steering wheel if he wasn't.
Jungkook warned him last week about dragging his heels with his plan. He'd accused RM of prolonging things so he wouldn't have to skip town and lose Agent Kim in the process.
Jungkook had been right. That's the frustrating thing. He knew better. He's smarter than this. But he realizes it with horror as he drives too fast back to the city.
He's made a mistake, too.
Not in wanting her. Not in having her. But in pretending so long that it would be possible to continue. And in not stopping when he knew they could not.

He has no time and that is the issue. No time to prepare or to discuss it with her or to do anything they'd truly planned. RM is reacting, and he fucking hates to do so and always has. He is impulsive, but not about things like this. He likes to plan and plot and then take his time with the demise of his enemies.
He has been waiting for years to see Jacob ruined. He knows it will be less satisfying to do it this way. But that cannot be his priority now.
He calls Jisoo. One of the first times ever. It's her work phone. He gets patched through via the receptionist.
He gives her the coordinates of the safehouse Jacob is en route to so he can lay low and avoid being murdered by the Lorenzos in retaliation.
RM gives her the name of the man lying dead in the Moretti family villa's driveway. He tells her she has 25 minutes before the body is done away with.
He hangs up.
He waits.
He waits long enough that he knows he's either received faulty intel straight from Jacob's mouth, or something has gone very wrong.
It's Henry who tells him that when they turned up at the safehouse, there was no one there.
It's Jacob who calls and says he's on his way to Sicily until things die down.
It's Jungkook RM calls next to tell him clear the body before any authorities arrive.
He does not hear anything from Jisoo though. He feels like a fucking idiot. In the six minutes between seeing Jacob and calling her, the entire plan changed without his input or approval. Jacob has to know that RM had a plan for the body. Another to keep Riccardo's wife quiet. Because at least one of them has to consider how to avoid an all out war.
