Karl's POV

As I slowly awaken from my slumber, I find myself in the warm embrace of Sapnap, just like any other day. However, as the realization dawns upon me that today is my birthday, a surge of excitement overtakes me. I can't help but feel thrilled as I recall Sapnap mentioning that he had something special planned for me. The mere thought of it sends a rush of anticipation through my body, and I find myself impatiently waiting for the surprise that awaits me. The minutes seem to stretch on endlessly as I try to contain my excitement, but the prospect of what's to come is too much to handle and I find myself eagerly awaiting the surprise that Sapnap has in store for me.

As the realization of my birthday hits me, I can't contain my excitement and turn towards Sapnap, trying to wake him up. I gently shake him, trying not to startle him too much from his slumber. After a few moments, he begins to stir, slowly opening his eyes and rubbing them before finally opening them completely. The sight of his gorgeous eyes, still drowsy from sleep, makes my heart skip a beat.

"Happy birthday, love," he murmurs sweetly, his voice laced with affection and tenderness. His words envelope me like a warm blanket, bringing a smile to my face. He reaches up and begins to rub my back, sending shivers down my spine and making me feel cherished. The sensation of his touch is nothing short of blissful, and I feel grateful for having him in my life.

As I lie there, basking in his warmth and affection, I can't help but feel lucky to have such a thoughtful partner. His small gesture of rubbing my back makes me feel loved and appreciated, and I know that whatever surprise he has planned for me will be equally thoughtful and heartwarming.

After lying in bed for a few more minutes, I realize that it's getting late and decide that it's time to start the day. I turn to Sapnap and say, "Come on, let's get up and ready," with a hint of excitement in my voice. I slowly roll out of bed and stretch my arms, feeling a sense of anticipation building inside me.

As I make my way to the closet, I can't help but feel grateful for having such a loving partner like Sapnap. He makes every day special, and I know that today will be no different. As I turn to Sapnap, I notice how handsome he looks even in his sleepy state. I feel grateful for having him by my side and for the plans he has made for my special day. With a smile on my face, I take his hand and lead him out of the bedroom, ready to start the day and make memories that we will cherish forever.

As we are about to leave the house, Sapnap turns to me with a playful smirk and hands me a silky blindfold. "You'll need this for the surprise," he says, his tone teasing and mischievous. My curiosity spikes as I take the blindfold from him, wondering what kind of surprise he has in store for me.

We make our way to the car, and once we're both inside, he turns to me and helps me put on the blindfold. His touch is gentle yet firm, sending shivers down my spine. As he finishes tying the blindfold, he leans in and kisses my forehead, his lips lingering on my skin for a moment longer than usual. The sensation of his lips on my skin sends bursts of energy throughout my entire body, and I can't help but let out a long laugh, feeling giddy with excitement.
