Yume wakes up on the ground with his sword broken as well as both his legs with his eyes barely opened, sees Areku being held up by the neck by Jiheru as he's then thrown to the ground. Yume tries to move but can't he can barely breathe. It's a miracle he's still even alive. He tries to yell but can barely make out the words "Y-y-y-you whe-whe-where do you think y-y-y-your going." Jiheru stops for a second and looks pitfully at Yume and says "Give up, you can't win, you won't ever win." Yume doesn't give up though he keeps slowly inching toward Jiheru. Finally Yume makes it towards his shattered blade and stabbing it into the ground manages to muster the strength to yell out clearly "I WILL NOT BY ANY MEANS LET YOU WALK AWAY FROM HERE I'LL KILL YOU NO MATTER WHAT I DON'T CARE IF I HAVE TO CLAIM THE HEAD OF THAT IGNORANT GOD OF OURS TO DO IT I'LL MAKE SURE YOU PERISH." Jiheru steps on his hand, shatters his bones and points a finger at him as a cero forms Jiheru says "Now sit down and perish you foolish being, how could you not get it by now no matter what you do you'll die now. Cero." As a cero is shot out seemingly disintegrating Yume as his shatter blades glows from the light of the cero and he wakes up. He's in some unknown place he is unharmed and healed from all the injuries as he looks around ahead of him he sees curtains and as he stands up he hears a familiar voice. Standing beside him is his zanpakuto which for short he'll just call it Sozo. Sozo says to him "Yume this is what's known as the Soul Palace" Yume tries to speak but before he can question anything Sozo says "I know your wondering why your here and that's because of me if you didn't know by now I have the ability to grant you the power to achieve your greatest desires as long as it is possible outside of other means so beating that creature was unfortunately outside of my current power but your death allowed me to take you here." Yume doesn't decide to question it Sozo says "Behind those curtains is that so-called god you wanted to meet."
