Yume looks at the curtains one more time and proceeds to walk towards them. He opens up the curtain and sees the legendary Soul King who was nothing more than an empty husk, a humanoid figure with all his limbs and organs removed. Yume questions "Wha-What is this. Is this really the god of our world, is this really the Soul King." Sozo answers "Yes Yume this is the Soul King he had enough power to create everything and that same power could keep balance so the soul reapers being greedy dismembered him and used his different organs to keep balance throughout the world." Yume says "So this so-called god of ours has been hung up and used as a tool for us. How can you consider yourself a god and allow yourself to be subjected to imprisonment by your own creations! No wonder he could allow such creatures to be made; he couldn't even stop us from ripping him apart." Sozo tries to speak but is interrupted "To think you are even considered worthy enough to be titled Soul King king of souls huh what a joke i'd be much better fit for that title at least I wouldn't allow my creations to fall to something I should've had under control." "You know what yea that's it. I'll become Soul King. I'll take your power. I don't care if I have to tear the world apart and rebuild it. I WILL BE BETTER THAN YOU!" Yume looks at Sozo and ask "You can make that happen right" Sozo replies "At the moment no i'm not fully released but with few time and a few steps yes" Yume says "Sozo Let's return to the Soul Society I have some plans for the future that I must accomplish." Sozo responds saying "Of course as you wish Yume" Yume wakes up on the same battlefield as before and sees Jiheru walking towards a portal. Jiheru feeling an immense spiritual pressure turns around and in a flash the Jigokyuko is pierced out of its chest. Jiheru is growing weaker and dying wondering how this could be as he sees Yume with his sword, a crown of reishi in what seems like an instant Yume carries the dead corpse of Jiheru into the Soul Society, and what started as a hopeless mission turned into a great awakening.
