Fighting off the Rihito they are managing to do a good job at protecting everyone from it. However this isn't gonna be like this for too long. They are fighting against the Rihito Yume jumps over Iba as Iba creates a barrier platform under him that Yume steps on and pushes with his reiatsu onto it slamming it into the Rihito. Iba then rushes at the Rihito and slashes at its neck creating a barrier on it destroying its head. Iba in excitement says "W-we did it we won it's dead." Yume Shouts "IBA WATCH OUT HE'S NOT DEAD HE'S JUST EVOLVING!!" Iba however hears that too late as before he can fully dodge he is slashed in the gut. As he spits out blood from his injury he is flung across the battlefield. Yume in anger finally is about to release his shikai but doesn't he- before a thought could even come across his mind the Rihito rushes at Yume as it grabs his face and throws him to the ground. Yume, not even able to get up, gets grabbed once again as he is drug through the ground and slammed into a wall. Once again he is dragged by the face through the wall being thrown into another one. Rihito jumps onto the wall as it kicks Yume in the gut, making him throw up a large amount of blood. Rihito proceeds to pelt him with attack after attack after attack. After being met with a flurry of punches the Rihito charges up a giant mouth cero and as he's about to shoot it out. A barrier appears around its head as the cero is fired into its face. Iba says "Have a taste of your own medicine you monster." Iba, even though bleeding on the floor and extremely worn out, managed to throw his sword at the head of Rihito. Iba slowly gets up and runs towards Rihito as he grabs the sword in its head and says "Barrier Encasement: Lock Down, Trap, and Contain." After pulling out his sword the barrier closes on its head as it struggles to regenerate. Iba grabs Yume and runs towards where the rest of squad 9 fled to. Yume who is drenched in blood bleeding from his head, mouth and even stomach doesn't look good for him. Even then he shouts "Bakudo #81 Danku, Hado #63 Raikoho."
