Chapter Forty - Five

~ The Next Morning ~

Hyunjin woke up to find Gajja and Felix in his room, talking about something.

'What are they talking about?'

He thought to himself as he tried his hardest to listen to what they were saying.

"Gajja, just tell me, please!" Felix begged in a whisper.

"No! Just respect my privacy! I'll tell you when I'm ready" Gajja scolded, again in a whisper.

'Must be bickering about the guy who was in the house last night' Hyunjin concluded and turned over, aiming to go back to sleep.

"But Gajja!" Felix whined but was cut off by Gajja scolding him again then walking out of the room.

~ Time Skip ~

The teens were at school and Hyunjin was at work.

"I don't wanna be here" Hyunjin whined to Minho as he put his head down on the desk.

"You need to work Hyunjin, you can't stay home all the time" Minho scolded and continued doing his own work on his computer.

They were both in Hyunjin's office at the moment, mainly because Hyunjin called Minho over and Minho brought his laptop because he knew Hyunjin just wanted to complain.

"But I wanna see my Lixie~" Hyunjin whined and stomped his feet like a child.

"Be patient, Hwang. I want to see my boyfriend too, but you dont see me complaining do you?" Minho asked rhetorically as he shut his laptop and looked at Hyunjin annoyed and bored.

"No, I don't, but-" Hyunjin started, but was cut off by Minho.

"No buts! Do your work and we can talk about this later. Understood?" Minho said authoritatively.

Hyunjin nodded and turned his computer on to start working.

Yes, Hyunjin was technically Minho's boss, but Minho scared Hyunjin.

Hyunjin didn't want his head in an air fryer, which was one of the threats Minho used.

~ With Felix ~

The day was starting off pretty boring.

They had a lecture and got a few pages of homework to do from Mr. Yang but pretty much nothing else happened.

Felix was feeling a little drowsy so he set his head down and closed his eyes.

Now he didn't mean to fall asleep, it just happened while he was resting his eyes.

— Dreamland —

Felix was at the center of a hill with the blue sky above and beautiful pink and purple flowers all around him.

He could see more multicolored flowers in the distance and she smiled when he saw how green it looked.

He couldn't remember the last time he saw such a green field full of flowers.

"Felix!" Someone in the distance exclaimed.

'Who could that be?'
