Carlos Sainz Pov
After the press conference and the interviews we had the meetings for the strategies that we were going to have for this weekend. When that was all over, Isa, Caco and I went to the hotel.
"Isa there is something you should know." I said with some uncertainty
"You can say Carlos don't be afraid." Isa said encouraging me
"I found out today that Mia is here for the gp. Daniel invited her. I saw her with some drivers and talked a bit with her and the rest before going to the press conference." I said
"Wait. Do you mean Mia your ex girlfriend?" asked Isa surprised
"Yes and the others invited her to join us. Mia will be joining us in Max's room for the gathering." I explained
Isa wasn't too happy to hear that Mia was going to be there as she was afraid that if I still had feelings for Mia they would come back. I assured her that I don't and that I should be with Charles and Max talking more than anything else. I got ready and went to Max's room.
"Hello, has everyone arrived yet?" I asked when Max opened the door
"No Carmen, Charles, George and Lando still haven't arrived yet." Max informed me
"Alright. What are we going to do, do you know?" I asked Max
"You know Mia asked me the same question when she arrived. I'll give you the same answer I gave her, maybe we will talk to get to know each other better and play some games." Max informed me
A few minutes after I arrived the others arrived at the same time and Max was right we talked and played a few games. The evening was great with good conversations and laughter it was a pity that it came to an end, but it was getting late and we have free practice 1 and 2 in the morning to do so we said goodbye and each one went to their rooms.
