After saying goodbye to Charles and Mia I went to the motorhome to pick up Isa and Caco to go to the hotel. When we got to the hotel, Isa and I got ready to go to the club and celebrate with the other drivers.
When we got to the club we were one of the first people to arrive. As the others arrived, we separated to talk with the others.
"Guys, I'll be right back. I'm going to meet Isa and see if she wants something to drink or if she wants to dance with me." I informed them
"Go spend some time with your girl, you deserve it." Lando told me
"Hello girls." I greeted them with a smile on my face. "Isa, do you want to drink something or dance with me?" I asked her hopeful to spend some time with her
"No thanks Carlos, I'd rather keep talking with the girls and I'm not thirsty at the moment." She answered me dryly
I felt disappointed as this weekend has been such a rush that we haven't had time to spend much time together or talk. Now that there was nothing in our way I wanted to spend time with her and when we talk she always gives me short anwers or answers dryly and I got tired of it.
"Isa we need to talk come with me outside please." I said almost pleading
She agreed and we went to the balcony of the club to talk.
"You wanted to talk to me then talk." She said
"What's going on with you Isa you aren't like that?" I asked her. "Since I told you that Mia is going to see the race this weekend you distance yourself from me and when I talk to you you either answer me curtly or dryly." I inform her desperately
"I'm sorry Carlos, but I don't think our relationship is going to work." She informed me
"Are you breaking up with me?" I asked confused
"Yes. It's the best for us. I can see it in your eyes that you still have feelings for her and to be honest I met someone. So even if Mia hadn't come back into your life I would have had to be honest with you and say that I wanted to end our relationship because I met someone else and I started to have feelings for him. I am very sorry Carlos, but I hope we can stay friends." She informed me with a guilty face
After what Isa said she left to pack her things from our room and leave. I still tried to talk to her but she said it was what was best for us and that we weren't soul mates. So I went back inside the club and when I entered I saw that Charles, Pierre and Mia had already arrived. Upon seeing Mia I realized that Isa was right and that I still have feelings for Mia as I couldn't take my eyes off her.
