I got up from where i was sitting and hugged jj.
"ah"he said still in pain
"sorry"i said with a tear rolling down my face
"baby don't cry"he said hugging me
Sarah hugged him and she was crying aswell
"love you jay"she says
"love you too"he replied

We reported luke to the police and the next morning they showed up at the chateau asking jj all sorts of questions.I could tell he was getting stressed out so i went and sat down next to him and linked out arms.When the police left they gave us a day of luke's sentence.24th december.
2 weeks.Christmas eve.JJ spent the whole 2 weeks stressing about it.He felt like he was betraying his father but everyone reassured him that he was doing the right thing.The court day came around so quick.JJ was getting ready in his room and i just got dressed.Me sarah and john b were all coming to support him."you okay?"i said laughing as i watched him struggle to do his tie.I walked over to him and helped him.I ran my hands down his chest and smiled at him."you'll be okay"i said hugging him.We drove to the station.We all took our seats and jj had to go up to talk first.He was holding my leg.He squeezed it then got up and went to the stand.They brought like in and jj looked so scared.Luke gave jj a death stare,then smiled at me.Gosh i hate him.
"so mr maybank why did you decide to go back to the house?"the judge asks.JJ clears his throat."i went home to get the rest of my stuff since i'm living at the chateau with my sister my girlfriend and my best friend"he says."are they here?"the judge says."um yes ma'am,my girlfriend is gonna speak after me"jj says looking at me nervously.I smiled at him.JJ told the judge what happened and then it was my turn.I passed jj on my way up and he grabbed my hand.Luke started laughing."What's she got to say come on miss rich tell your lies"luke says."Be quiet mr maybank"the judge says.I laughed."We got home from a double date that we went on with john b and sarah and when we got back jj told me that he needed to get some stuff from home.He was gone for ages.I was laying in bed and i heard a knock of the door like someone had been murdered.I got up and opened it and jj was standing there covered in blood with brusies all over his body,Which u can see in the picture infront of you"i said."double date?miss carrera where did you go on this double date"the judge says.I got flashbacks from that day."um just out on the boat"i replied."whered you get the money to buy this boat"the judge says."oh this is gonna be great"luke says
"BE QUIET"The judge shouts."it's my dads boat.He's not in town so i borrowed it.Me and sarah surprised the boys with a date"i said."so you stole it"the judge says.I laughed."it's my boat your honour.Also why are we talking about this when this sick excuse of a man tried to kill his son?"i snapped back.After i finished i went and sat down with the others.After about an hour the judge spoke again."Mr maybank you have been proven guilty of abuse and attempted murder,i can not even look at you.All the pain you caused that little boy will stay with him forever.You are a sick sick man and i sentence you to life in prison."the judge says.I turned to jj and squeezed his hand.He looked down at our hands and kissed them.Finally he's free.
