Back at Union Academy, the news of the defeat of Rias Peerage spread throughout quickly.

The fact that Justin, the weakling, defeated Rias's peerage, damaged her reputation and ego.

But the biggest news to them was what Justin did to both Akeno and Xenovia.

The fact that Justin took all of Akeno's magic has rendered her useless since she lost it all.

And the fact that not only Xenovia's weapon, Durandal, was shattered and taken, but Justin killed her in front of them.

This was a complete shock to those who were friends with Justin, they never expected him to kill.

Issei was the most furious as he lost one of his harem members, he was now seeking revenge on Justin.

Rias reported to her brother about what happened and about that Justin is immune to the Peerage Convergence.

Sirzechs was shocked to hear that Justin has such an ability to be immune to the Peerage Convergence, this was a major problem.

And so, Sirzech summoned one of his peerage members, his first Knights of his peerage, Micky.

[Micky][1st Knight of Sirzechs]

Sirzechs: Hey Micky.

Micky: Lord Sirzechs. How may I serve you?

Sirzechs: I need your help. I assigning you along with the others to look into a matter that came up.

Micky: Of course, milord. What is it?

Sirzechs[Sigh]: A Student of Ours. Justin Vines. Killed one of my sisters Knights. And I have been informed that he's immune to the Peerage Convergence.

Micky: I thought it was impossible to be immune to the Peerage Convergence?

Sirzechs: So, Did I. but it seems that Justin is immune to it. He Is also causing problems for our heroes. We need help to bring him in so we can convince him back to our side.

Micky: It shall be done, milord.

Sirzechs: Be careful if you find him. He's also the Wielder of the Neutral Weapon, Thunder Fangs.

Micky: Thank you for the warning, milord.

Micky then vanished from sight, as Sirzechs sighed in concern.

Sirzechs: Lets hope we can find Justin before the League does.

[Location: Dragon Continent]

On the dragon continent, near the abandoned city of Antananarivo, Justin appeared and looked ahead at Antananarivo.

Justin: Antananarivo. Soon, you shall be reborn anew.

Justin sticks out his hand as nanobots swarm around him and formed into a Nano-Core, which notified Justin though the system.

[NANO-CORE SYSTEM ACTIVATED]
[AWAITING ORDERS: RESTORE ANTANANARIVO AND FORTIFY THE CITY.]

With that, the Nano-Core shot out of his hand and straight at Antananarivo, while producing its own nano-bots to spread across the city.

The nano-core stopped at the center of the city and more nanobots swarmed out and around itself, beginning to construct.

The other nanobots were tearing down the Antananarivo defenses and repairing them with better ones, along with automated turrets.

Justin watched in excitement, seeing the ruined city being reconstructed to its glory, and be under his rule, Justin left towards it.

Justin flies through the skies into the city, watching the nanobots working to restore this city to glory, and arrive in front of the new capital of the city.

Justin[Smirk]: Glorious.

[Timeskip]

Within 24 hours, the City of Antananarivo were restored to its former glory, as it was already filled with people living in it.

Within the capital of Antananarivo, we could see Justin was in his office, as he was with some other people that he trusts.

Justin: It's been a long time, Gokuna.

[Gokuna][Female Goku Black]

Gokuna: Yes. It sure has my king.

???[Pout]: Hey! What about me?!

Justin: You too, Zamasu.

[Female Zamasu]

Zamasu: Good.

Justin: Jason. We'll be coming with us.

Jason: To do what exactly?

Justin[Smirk]: To give the Devil Lord what true defeat is.

Jason/Gokuna/Zamasu[smirk]: Yes, Count me in.

Justin: Greg. You're ready?

Greg[Telepath]: Wish it.

Justin: I wish for a portal that'll take us straight to the underworld.

Greg[Telepath]: Wish Granted.

Suddenly, a portal opened up as Justin summoned his armor and Jason was ready with his sacred gear, as they along with Gokuna and Zamasu walked through the portal and ended up at a cliff, overseeing the underworld city.

Justin[Smirk]: Now then. My friends. Time to bring down the underworld.

Jason/Gokuna/Zamasu[smirk]: Hai.
