After the defeat of Sirzechs Lucifer and the banishment, the underworld was going through some changes.

More massive cities were constructed to serve the Humans, Faunus, and Demi-Humans that Justin saved.

The Peerage system was removed as all active peerage sets were erased and members were restored to their former races.

Most of the devil houses were dissolved so that one house per faction to respective each separate race.

The House of Gremory were still kept in the position as to representant the devil faction within the underworld.

New rules and regulations were implanted to maintain a co-existence even better than before for all races.

Some of the devils, who were corrupted nobles, didn't like this and wanted to overthrown Justin, but it was quickly stomped.

The corrupt nobles were banished into Backroom Dimension, which made the others think twice about defying him.

Then, there was the fact of Rias, Sona, Riser and their peerage as they received different fates depending on how they treated Justin.

Sona and her peerage were given a chance of redemption to make up for what they done to Justin while attention Union Academy.

Riser was punished by sending him back to earth without any of his powers, he would experience being powerless for a year.

Rias received the worst of the worse punishment as she was banished back to Earth, never to return to the underworld.

Rias and Akeno were the only ones that were banished back to Earth, while the rest went their separate ways, except for Koneko, and Asia.

Both Koneko and Asia swore their loyalty and devotion to Justin, promising to do whatever it takes to earn his forgiveness.

For now, Koneko and Asia was now serving as his maids at the mansion, working hard to get his forgiveness.

Within the Gremory House, we could see Justin talking with Zeoticus and Venelana about Rias.

Zeoticus: So, Justin. What is your plan now?

Justin: Well. I want to talk with you about something about Rias.

Venelana: What is it?

Justin: Rias's Destruction Magic. I did banish her from the underworld, it wouldn't really affect her strength.

Zeoticus: Yes. That's correct. It wouldn't really affect her.

Justin: And the fact she lost all of her members since we disbanded the peerage system. She might try to seduce men for given kids to overthrow me.

Venelana: What are you planning to do about it?

Justin: Greg.

Greg then appeared before them.

Greg: what do you need?

Justin: I have some wishes to be use against Rias Gremory.

Greg: Then, state your wishes.

Justin: I wish for Rias Gremory Fertility Rate to drop by 10%. I wish for her kids to have a 5% chance of being born with her magic.

Greg: Wished Granted.

Justin: I wish for Zeoticus and Venelana to have two new daughters that are the same age of Rias. Both of them care more about the people than self-interests.

Greg: Granted.

Suddenly, two girls appeared behind Zeoticus and Venelana as they were shocked to see them, that they were they're new daughters.
