The next day, Akisa got up at 7, feeling kinda disoriented since she didn't recognise the place she was. It looked nice, there were two bookshelf full of old books, atleast they looked aged and ruined, her bed was comfy and near it there were placed a night table and a huge wardrobe. She got up to check the wardrobe and she gasped in shock to see how many clothes there were inside of it
Rowena: Goodmorning dear, did you already took a look at your bedroom?
Akisa: THIS IS MY BEDROOM? AND IT'S ALL MINE? BUT-
Rowena: What? Don't you like it?
Akisa: I LOVE IT, BUT IT'S TOO HUGE IT CAN'T BE ALL MINE I
Rowena: Shhh, it is all yours, you can decorate how you want
Akisa: AWW THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOUShe hugged her and Rowena gave her a forehead kiss, she then left and gave akisa the keys of the room. Akisa looked around, still shocked about how big the room was, she used to share the room with her brother so she didn't have a lot of space, and even if the room was big enough for only one person, she felt a feeling of freedom having each side of the room for her creativity. She was already thinking of how she would've fill the empty space, but then, someone knocked at her door
Khaliki: Kikiii
Akisa: KAKAAAShe rushed to her cousin giving her an huge hug, Khaliki lifted her and make her spin like she used to do when Akisa was 5 years old. That hug lasted 2 minutes and then Khaliki patted her head and stroked her hair.
Khaliki: Why did they gave you this small room?
Akisa: SMALL? THIS IS THE BIGGEST ROOM I'VE EVER HAD
Khaliki: I'm so so happy you like it, so, did my mom told you that you gonna go to school with me?
Akisa: WHAT? NO SHE DIDN'T- I'LL GO TO SCHOOL WITH KAKA?Khaliki smiled as wide as she could seeing her little cousin giggling and jumping all around the room for happiness, She took her hand and took her at the dining room to show her all around the orphanage. Akisa looked around with the curiosity of a kid and kept asking questions about everything she placed her eyes on, Khaliki calmly answered all her questions and then they reached the breakfast room
Khaliki: Now take a sit, I'm gonna prepare you a toast, would you like to have chocolate milk?
Akisa: Uhm uhm
Khaliki: Alright, Don't move and wait here ok?
Akisa: OkokAs Khaliki said, akisa didn't move from her spot and stayed there listening music and watching around the room. She noticed all the painting attached on the walls and analysed all of the details she found on it. After a while, Khaliki arrived with her breakfast and looked at her with a smile full of pride. The two shared the passion for art and writing so seening Her analysing all the details on the painting reminded Her of their childhood times.
Khaliki: Didn't I said don't move young lady?
Akisa: I didn't move from the room
Khaliki: Alright, sit Down and drink your milk, you don't want it to be cold, do you?
Akisa: absolutely no, I like hot milkShe blow on the milk to make it drinkable ad started drinking it little by little so her tongue wouldn't go on fire. She felt like a princess, the orphanage had an huge vintage vibe, it looked pretty old but somehow still managed to be elegant
Akisa: how old is this place?
Khaliki: As old as my dad
Akisa: cmon your dad is not so old
Khaliki: ohh sure he's not, he's a fossil
Akisa: poor uncle
Khaliki: You look a lot like your sister I swear, the more I look at you the more I see her face
Akisa: Even auntie said that, but I can't fully remember her, I dreamt about her once but I saw her as a spirit
Khaliki: what do you mean with as a spirit?
Akisa: She was fully white, I couldn't see the color of her hair or her eyes
Khaliki: this is weird
Akisa: why?
Khaliki: I don't know, did you finish your breakfast?
Akisa: yep
Khaliki: let's go then, we have to register you at my school, dress nicely pls
Akisa: AlrightAfter that they got on their respective room and prepared to go out. Khaliki and akisa had a lot of differences in fashion
Khaliki aesthetic was more cute and based on bright colour, she wore skirts or dresses and rarely baggy items
While akisa was totally the opposite
She used to wear a lot of baggy clothes, more jeans or pants in general, hoodies, short-sleveed shirts with something on it (like jumpers) and very high shoes. She also had two earrings she loved and she only wore them, she wasn't a lot interested in jewellery, but the earrings she wore were gifted by her mother so she felt attached to them, and her makeup was more based on the eyeliner. After 5 minutes they reunited and immediately went to the car to go to akisa's new school. She looked around the city like if it was her first time seeing it, even if she was born and raised there, she only knew the streets around her house, so she actually never saw her whole city and was amazed on how beautiful it wasRowena: Akisa please don't stay too close to the window, it's dangerous
Akisa: Okok, sorry auntie
Rowena: Don't worry dear, so, are you excited for the new school?
Akisa: A LOT! The only thing that scares me are people
Khaliki: You're too shy
Akisa: I'm not too shy, you are too extroverted
Rowena: She's not wrong tho
Khaliki: Ahahahah okokWhile they were talking they reached the school and akisa was shocked about how good the school looked, by her point of view, it seemed like an old library full of interesting books
Akisa: Isn't this an high school? I'm 12
Rowena: Yes dear but they also have a middle school here, it's not only an high school
Akisa: Now I see why it's so big
Khaliki: getting here when I don't have to be at school feels weird
Rowena: I know, did you do your homework?
Khaliki: ...I don't have homeworks
Rowena: I'll believe you only this time
Khaliki: sighWhile her aunt and her cousin were talking, akisa continued looking around as the view captured her full attention. She loved vintage place and that school was full of old books
Akisa: Kaka
Khaliki: uhm?
Akisa: What's written inside that books?
Khaliki: Oh them, nothing interested, they're just history books
Akisa: I LOVE HISTORY BOOKS, CAN I TAKE ONE?
Khaliki: no kiki you can't, this book are there only to be seen
Akisa: Alright
Rowena: Stay here girls and be quite, I'll go inside to register you Kisa
Akisa: Alright auntie!*3 minutes after*
Akisa: why is auntie taking so long?
Khaliki: I don't know either
Rowena: girls, I Don't have good news
Khaliki: ..God
Rowena: Kisa, I had to tell them about your powers, and they said that
"We don't allow witch in this school I'm so sorry ma'am"
Khaliki: THEY DARED CALLING MY COUSIN WITCH?
Akisa: It's alright Kaka I understand their point
Khaliki: you Don't have to be so kind dear, it's totally unfair!
Rowena: It surely is but we can't do anything about that, common people still see People like Kisa as war machines
Akisa: then if I can't go to this school, where can I go?
Rowena: I guess we have to try with a private school then. So, this school rejected our poor kisa because of her powers, but there's still a chance: The private school!
Will she get accept in that school? And will she make some friends to spend her time with? We Don't know yet but we'll surely find out!
