written on 11/29/2022 at 10:27 PMGrian quickly flies to one of his floating rocks, one not containing the simple farms. He quickly lands, looking cautiously around, closing the entrance. Lighting a torch so he can dimly see his surroundings.

He looks up to the big letters written up on the wall. N.A.R. He puffs out a sigh and skims his fingers against the skulk spreading on the walls. The scratchy texture sending shivers down his spine, he glances back at the letters after staring at the ground below him.

"Not a resistance, not a resistance, not a resistance, not a resistance." he hears a faint voice in the back of his head.

"Shut up!" Grian punches the wall in frustration, he just wanted to come here to let the voices stop. They don't.

"You're not resisting enough, you're not good enough, you're no use." The voice faint at the point of a whisper.

Grian shivers, "What do you want from me?" He looks at the floor, holding back tears, feeling utterly useless.

"You." The voice whispers at a terrifying tone.

"But... You can't have me! I'm only trying my best!" Grian looked around the room, begging to find the voice. "What do you want to do with me?"

"Only the best," the voice lies. Lies straight to Grians face, "You're in denial Xelqua."

"Don't call me that!" Grian shudders at the name, have they caught up to him?

"We've been here the whole time, watching. It seems like you've become good friends with these mortals around you." A second voice pops up.

"Get out, I want you guys gone, I escaped for a reason. I don't want you here." Grian silently sobs, wanting the ringing voices out of his head, the pain they caused rushing through him.
