Patralekha is watching the sunset from the large glass window of her hospital room lying in the hospital bed.

She wanted to go near the window, but she couldn't because there are numerous instruments attached to her body to monitor her vitals. She heard that she was in a coma for a long time and came out of it that morning only.

After listening to this she has lots of questions arising in her mind. How long was she in comma? What happened to her and many more. She only remembers the accident that took place while her father was taking her away from Nagpur.  But none is answering her questions. She again looked towards the outside, the city looked different to her.

At that moment a golden haired nurse came and asked about her wellbeing, seeing the nurse she understood that she was not in India. She said the nurse that she was feeling well. While the nurse was taking note of her vitals she asked the nurse 'where am I, I mean in which country?" The nurse smiled to her and said "you are in Manhattan, Australia."

Pakhi was shocked to hear that her parents brought her here. She again asked her "how long am I in coma?" The young nurse replied "Madam, please don't take stress, it's not good for your health." Pakhi smiled to her "I know it's long,it's not stressful to me, I am curious only." The young nurse smiled and replied "I have been here in this hospital for 4 years. I saw you in a coma for that long. I don't know how long you are in coma, but I can tell you tomorrow after checking the record." Patralekha again got shocked to hear that she was in a coma for more than 4 years but she didn't let the nurse understand that and said "ok tell me tomorrow."

Next day Patralekha waited for the same nurse. When she came Patralekha started talking with her with greetings and finally reminded her that she promised to tell her how long she is in a coma. The nurse replied "sorry to inform you ma'am but you were in a coma for 20 years."

After the nurse left her Patralekha sat in her bed. After monitoring her 24 hours they removed the wares and instruments from her body and she is allowed to sit. She thought that "20 years is a big time. Almost a generation gap. That's why Aai Baba looks so old. How am I looking now? Aged? How are you looking now Viru?? Have you changed or are you the same as our old times?  Where are you? Do you know about me??"

There are so many questions but none to answer. She wants to see a mirror but there is not any available. She will ask the nurse the next day. Whatever she ask from her parents they say it will be stressful for her and doctor asked not to give any stress to her.
