"Over here is the cafeteria, floor two is shaped like a big letter H, and at the bottom, both hallways head into the cafeteria," Dr. Loomis says and opens the door to the cafeteria. It was so white in there. White floors, white walls, white furniture, white lights. It gives you an instant headache. The only thing of color was the outside world through the windows and the food stationed in front of a chef who was handing out plates to different patients. All eyes were on you and it made you uneasy. Dr. Loomis noticed this and quickly exited the cafeteria with you.
"Now we're about to head over to Micheal's room. After you introduce yourself to it I'll leave you to it. It eats in about 1 hour. The security guards will come and restrain it and escort you two to the cafeteria. Micheal always needs to be cuffed when moving it. Here, this is its patient summary chart," Dr. Loomis passes you a clipboard and you start reading
'Age: 24, height: 6'6", sex: Male, weight: 226 pounds, patient notes: is incredibly unpredictable. Always use caution around him. Only seems interested in making papier-mâché masks. Hasn't talked in 15 years- wait what? "Micheal hasn't talked in 15 years?" You say shocked. "Yes. It never talked after the last visit with its mother. It had a meltdown and hasn't talked or shown emotion since. It was seven at the time." Dr. Loomis says and notices your shocked expression. "It likes making masks so maybe that's something you can do with it." You give a small nod and gulped seeing a guard outside of a door. Micheal's door.
"Here we are," Loomis said while opening up the door. The guard gave you some side-eye glances and he gave you a creepy vibe. You shutter and walk in the room behind Loomis. The room was littered with all sorts of masks. They were on his bed, hanging on the walls, some pilled on the floor. You were in awe of how many masks he made. At the back wall of the room was a desk with a simple light. There were no lights on or windows so the room's light depended on that lamp. Sitting at the desk was a large figure hunched over working on another piece. Loomis clears his throat making the figure's shoulders tense up. "Micheal this is (Y/N), she will be your nurse from now on. Please behave yourself. (Y/N) call the guard if you need anything at all." Loomis said exiting the room and locking you in the room.
You looked at the door and back at Micheal. There was another chair next to him but for now, you choose to stand. "Uhm hello, Micheal I'm (Y/N), I'll be your nurse from now on," you say earning Micheal to turn his ear towards you. "Would you mind if I sit down next to you?" Micheal tensed up at this and quickly stood up. Your eyes widen at his tall height and muscular shoulders. You were only a measly 5'3" girl and this man towered over you. It immediately made you feel like a sheep trapped in a pen with a wolf. You were his prey and he was the predator.
Micheal turned around and you could see his eyes widen a bit. Maybe he was surprised at your height just as you were with his? You couldn't help but study his features. His deep blue eyes were somewhat visible beneath the strands of long brown hair that fell upon his face. Overcasting a shadow over the killer's features barely but his mouth was perfectly visible.
The little stubble he had on his chiseled jaw. And all of the tiny scars littered on his face. And behind his eyes were the eyes of a predator, a hunter, a killer but there were also some hints of intrigue and interest. Micheal tilts his head at you slightly making you snap back to reality. "Oh uh did anyone ever tell you how tall you are? You practically are a skyscraper compared to me," you laugh trying to break the awkward silence. He tilts his head to the other side and then looks straight at you.

Micheal's POV
—————————————————————"Micheal this is (Y/N), she will be your personal nurse from now on. Please behave yourself.
(Y/N) call the guard if you need anything at all." I hear the dreaded man say and exit the room. Kill him Micheal! Kill him he needs to be met with death! What I'd do to just take this paintbrush and shove it in his eye to silence these voices. They only quiet when I kill. They did when I killed Judith. Ugh, can they just shut up already.I hear a small voice speak up "Uhm hello Micheal I'm (Y/N), I'll be your nurse from now on," ugh another nurse. My last nurse Cindy was the death of me. She was cruel and summed up what was wrong in this world. Just thinking about her makes my blood boil. I quickly stood up fully ready to take this nurse out but when I turned there was this tiny girl in nurse scrubs standing in my room. I don't know what I was expecting but maybe someone not this small. She reminds me of a rabbit....wait the voices. They stopped? I don't hear anything?! I tilt my head at her. Does she have superpowers? Whatever it is I'm glad that she made them stop. Fifteen years with someone talking in your head 24/7 is tiring.
(Y/N)..she..is intriguing. Why would they shove this tiny thing in a locked room with me? I could practically break her in half. Ugh, how I would love to do that to her. She's the perfect prey, so small, she wouldn't put up much of a fight. I tilted my head to the other side and studied her features. She just screams meek prey.

Normal POV
—————————————————————Micheal takes a good look at you and gestures to the seat next to him. "You want me to sit there?" You asked him and he just sat back down in his seat. 'I'll take that as a yes' you thought and slowly took a seat next to the killer. Micheal gives you a side eye and continues his work. He was making a new papier-mâché mask. The desk was littered with different paints and some paintbrushes.
You look at the mask and Micheal. "Wow, Micheal that looks amazing. It doesn't even look like it was made from paper mache," you smile at him and Micheal tilts his head at you. He gently picked up the mask and turned to you. Micheal slowly brought the mask to your face. You tense up and your breathing hitches. It was actually the perfect size. He held it there for a bit and stared right into your eyes. And to your surprise, there wasn't anger or coldness behind his eyes, but there was a pair of intrigued eyes. Your eyes widen and you feel your heart flutter. You've never had anyone look at you this way. The way he studied your eyes almost looking for something in them, maybe an answer? He also looked like he was having an internal conflict within his mind.
Micheal pulled the mask away from you and stared down at his masterpiece. He started to look through the paints and couldn't seem to find the right color. You clear your throat pulling his attention back to you. "I think you should go with this yellow. It's beautiful," you say and reach over him and grab the paint. His eyes followed your hand as you did so. "It reminds me of the fall leaves outside." You smile.
Micheal slowly grabbed the paint from you and held it next to the mask. He seemed to look satisfied and dumped out the paint straight on the desk. He grabbed a paint brush when suddenly the door opened with a loud bang, making you jolt and Micheal tense up. "Hey, love birds time for breakfast!"
