Our very normal  trio were eating breakfast in the Great Hall when three screech owls and one smaller one flew down towards them and put a broom-shaped package in front of Harry, while the smaller one dropped a note, which Harry opened first. It read: 'The package is your new Nimbus 2000. Please do not open it at the table. -Professor McGonagall'. "Well, good thing I read the note first. Winnopig (For anyone who hasn't read the last chapter for some reason, that's Ron's new nickname) would've come and started making a scene," The three glanced towards Weasley, who was eating so much food no one even wanted to go near the damn pig.

"Harry, you need to be careful. You know most people know what a broomstick looks like. Weasley might try to do you in," Hermione advised him, not looking him in the face because both of them were blushing. Hermione just couldn't stop marvelling at her boyfriends- Sorry, at her friends' Quidditch skill.

They were making their way back up to their dormitory when they saw Winnopig and his current goons, Dean and Seamus. "Hey Pottah, you know first years aren't allowed their own broomsticks! I'll get you this time!" He said as Professor Flitwick came under his elbow. "Not arguing, I hope, boys?" Flitwick asked both of them. "Professor, Potter's gotten a broomstick delivered to him-" Winnopig told Professor Flitwick, whose face lit up. "Oh yes, I know, Mr. Weasley. Professor McGonagall told me all about the special circumstances he got it in. Which model is it, Potter?" Flitwick asked Harry. "It's a Nimbus Two Thousand, Sir. And after all, it's all because of Weasley I got it," Harry said, as Flitwick walked away.

The look of shock on Winnopig's face was unbelievable, and they walked away victorious, reaching the dormitories fast to go watch Harry's first practice with the team.

"Think Wood'll let you both watch?" Harry asked Neville and Hermione as he got his Quidditch robes which McGonagall gave to him a day ago on. "Defiantly, don't see why," Hermione said, waiting outside the dormitory as Harry got into his robes. "Same here, Harry. It's not like we're from another house, you know," Neville said as they made their way to the pitch.

At the pitch

"See you in the pitch Harry," Both Neville and Hermione bid Harry as he got into the changing rooms.

"Oh, you're finally here, Harry!" Wood said, his face lighting up with pride at having The Boy Who Lived as his Seeker. "Those are our superb Chasers, Alicia, Angelena and Katie. Of course, you'd know our Beaters, Fred and George. And I'm Keeper. Everyone, Harry's our new permanent Seeker. Yes, permanent." Wood stated, saying 'permanent' like he was the King making a new law.

"Hey Oliver, can Hermione and Neville watch? They're already sitting in the stands," Harry asked Wood as they made their way outside, each carrying a Cleansweep Six (In the Wealsey's case, which Harry was going to change soon) or a Cleansweep Seven, Harrys Nimbus stood out like a Fire when a bolt (Call me Mr Not Fraud Seer, will you?) of lightning struck.

Harry and the twins waved to Hermione and Neville, as they started practice, with Harry letting the snitch go for a few minutes head start, then catch it in about twenty seconds.

After Practice

"Good work team! Most of our good moves performed perfectly. Harry, no words to describe your performance, better keep it up and perform the same at the match," Wood marvelled at his superb team, as they changed back into their Gryffindor robes and made their way back up to the castle with Neville and Hermione.

"Harry James Potter! What were you thinking with that damn jumping stunt!?" Hermione asked with a slightly raised but worried voice. "Hermione, I just nearly jumped off my broomstick to catch the Golden Snitch, what's wrong with that?" Harry argued, slightly blushing at the thought of Hermione being worried about him. "You could've died, you know," Hermione said as they said good night to each other, each going to their respective dormitories.

Yea, I'm gonna leave you guys hanging with THAT ;). Also, I'm an hour and 49 minutes late from uploading. Blame my heavy sleeping habit.
